Poor Quality and Customer Service…read more I contacted CopyWorks in Cedar Rapids for a 16x20 photo print for my father's funeral. I emailed the image, and they confirmed it was good quality for printing. When I picked it up, my mom immediately noticed my dad's face looked extremely red compared to the original. When I asked for help, I was told it looked fine and that the graphic designer was out for the weekend, so nothing could be done before the Monday funeral. They suggested I try CVS or Walgreens, yet still expected me to pay for their incorrect print. After pleading, they only gave me a 20% discount. Thankfully, Walgreens printed it correctly, and Hobby Lobby framed it quickly and beautifully. I would not recommend CopyWorks for anything, especially when quality and empathy matter.
