I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

He said he did not want to give us the product after waiting for communication / or literally anything for a year and half and just gave us a refund. More than likely had nothing made for us to begin with. The audacity to act like we were in the wrong when we have been waiting for SO LONG for literally anything. An update or something. Do not go here if you can help it. Horrendous customer service.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. Found this place online and needed to get a letter "A" embroidered onto a robe I bought for a gift…read more I needed it done within a week. I was happy to see that they were open on the weekend as I work late during the week. I came in and brought the robe and met with a guy who was friendly. We went over the different color options, fonts, etc. The robe was a light purple so I ended up picking a pinkish color to compliment it. What I should of done was ask how much this would cost. When I picked it up a few days later I was charged $24! ....For one letter that was probably 2-3 inches big? I also noticed that behind the letter there was some white paper still attached. I asked the person there what is this and they said oh that's common for embroidered letters to have that on. Uhhh I was concerned it would be itchy on the body. Not sure what they were talking about because my robe has a stitched "K" with nothing behind it....it just goes through the cloth..... Felt that it was overpriced for the end product. Will look elsewhere for future projects.
