Excellent indoor range with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Drove from Orlando to use this range and eventually became an annual member. Unfortunately, their fate is tied to that of the American Police Hall of Fame which is closing at the end of the year, taking the Shooting Center with it. They made provisions for annual members to get reciprocity at a couple other ranges (not close, but still a good gesture). I will miss this place and wish the staff well. read more

This is a pretty standard no frills indoor range. You can bring your own targets and ammo and the prices are very reasonable. The range officers are very safety conscious here and check your equipment. The lighting could be a bit better, seems a little dark to me. read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. The range is well-maintained and the price is reasonable for a day of shooting. Annual memberships are available. And they host shooting clubs for those who are interested. They also have classes for beginners, concealed carry and more advanced. read more

I came here for the first time after a google search. As a native NewYorker, I was apprehensive about the service; but I could not have been more wrong. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Even the other patrons were eager to help each other and join in on any discussions about any questions you have. I've since gone back a few times and even joined a shooting league. I was going to name specific staff members for being especially helpful, but honestly, they are all very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. Granted this was initially the first range I've gone to since moving to Florida, but I've been to others since and I really like it here. read more

Came here for the first time the other day. The range is a bit smaller than what I'm used to and it doesn't extend very far. But for your general shooting practice I don't need anything too crazy. If you don't shoot often and just want some target practice this place will serve you well. They do have a few cool gun rentals but not a very large selection. They don't let you draw from a holster if you're looking to practice that. Also the door to the range is not the same as the main door to the museum. The range door is on the side of the building. The ventilation in the range is good and it never got too smoky from all the people shooting. I did bring my AR-15 to shoot but the range is too small to shoot your standard .223 FMJ's and they ask that you only shoot frangible ammo. They sell a self-admitted overly price box of frangible ammo so I decided to hold off on the AR this time. The range is measured in feet and not the standard yard/meter that I've seen in every other range I've been too...so that was a little weird. The target machine is not intuitive and does have a learning curve to it, so just be ready for that. All in all it's a simple range but it gets the job done. The range masters seem nice and they didn't get all up in my grill while we were shooting. It's fun shooting guns! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, NEVER going to this place again. The gentleman behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. There was no sense of respect and a lack of professionalism. Not to mention the poor quality of the range and overly high prices. Absolutely do not recommend and will never be returning. Good quiet range, I came in around 7 and I received a warm welcome and had a good time. Range officers weren't overbearing and respected privacy. I'll definitely be back. read more
