I contracted John to do my sign back in October and Just got it installed In December. The only reason Our sign turned out was because of my designer Jean Kostal from Kostal designs and the people at Central State signs who actually made the sign. All John did was put the vinyl on the plastic.. And it took him over a month to do that? Such bad customer service. As a new business owner I looked to have another small business in the same town of Bolingbrook do the work! So sorry I chose him to do this work. The window signs we contracted him to do only because the big sign on the building had not been done like he said it would, he changed not only the design but the dimension and then tried to blame us for it. My suggestion to you if you need a sign made, is to run as far as you can away from this store. John Reynolds is a very insulting man and will not only not do his job, but will make you feel like total crap in the process. A wonderful experience of getting the sign for our new business was turned into one of the worst experiences throughout the whole opening of our business. Such a shame that a small business man would treat his customers like such garbage that they vow to tell everyone they know to stay away. John Reynolds should be ashamed of himself because of the way he treated us. He was horribly demeaning and had no trouble being ignorant and yell at his customer. Not sure where he went to customer service school but he must have flunked out.

No but price wise is competitive and the service is worth more than saving a couple dollars. He's done sample prints for me and made adjustments on the fly.
