I too am a proprietor and I understand overselling and under delivering is unacceptable. I was referred to this company to service my father's obituary prints, no design needed, just printing. However, I was very displeased with the communication and the task it took to get the obituaries printed. It was completely scared I would not get the prints in time for the services despite paying immediately for the quote. Please do better.

Instead he charged my the whole amount without confirming with me. I was promised to have my order done in 3-5 days. A month later nothing was ready. I tried to call-he was too busy to talk and always promised to call me back. Calls weren't even returned. Last time I called I was really mad and told him that I wanted the money back. He said that there is no refund no matter what. So, I called my bank and they got my money back. I got lucky there. But be careful! If you look at the reviews that have been removed and are in the not recommended list, you will see that people had the same problem with Juan.

It brightened up my day during this craziness. Then I started seeing similar signs displaying the Chicago flag too. After a little sleuthing I figured out that these signs were the work of Eric and his team at SpeedPro's South Loop store. My wife and I decided to get one to put up outside our townhouse. It's a breeze to purchase them online. It's even easier to pick them up safely without even having to go inside. The sign is well made and reasonably priced and Eric is donating 25% of the proceeds to the Red Cross. As it happens, there was a small issue with the U.S. flag hope sign I picked up. (Some mounting holes were mispunched.) Eric couldn't have been more stand-up about it. He immediately offered to send me a replacement. When I volunteered to swing by again and pick it up, he threw in a SPREAD KINDNESS sign too. It's good to see a business finding a way to stay open and do some good during the lockdown. New Image Technologies did the install (not the graphics printing). Boy did I wish she had used them from the beginning! Short story short- the graphics media advised to us by the OTHER company was a problem. My graphic design was up on my studio windows barely 2 months, and I had problems. They were not protected, were vulnerable to elements, and pieces began coming down. Steve Reinger and New Image Technologies to the RESCUE! Steve is wonderful. He was extremely informative about the choice of media I was directed to by the other company, and the issues relating to that type of media, which probably was not the most effective choice for my studio windows. I googled scanning services in Irving Park and found this place right down the street. They have been there so long and I didn't even know they were there! They're across the street from Munchie's for those of you from the neighborhood. Point is, it's a family-owned neighborhood business with great customer service and cheaper prices than Kinko's. For packrats like me who save every paper, essay, and even class notes, they also scan documents and save them onto CDs for $30 an hour. The owner suggested removing all staples to speed up the process get best value for your money. I can't wait to hand over my boxes to Gator and declutter my house!
