She was incredibly kind, attentive, and worked nonstop the entire time I was there. She was juggling customers, trying to keep everything running smoothly, and doing everything she could to create a great experience. She deserves recognition for the effort she puts in. My only disappointment was that it felt like the workload wasn't being shared equally. While she was working incredibly hard, it seemed like they were struggling to get the support they needed. As a customer, it was noticeable that some staff members weren't as engaged, which led to slower service and placed an unfair burden on the people who were trying to keep everything together. I hope management takes a closer look at how responsibilities are being handled because this business has so much potential. Employees like the woman with the red hair are exactly the reason people will want to come back.
