This place is a gem! Every time I have been there I have picked up an amazing find. Found a high-end long down coat (originally over $300!!) for $25 and it looked new! Yesterday I got a $135 jacket (tags still attached for $10! You have to be willing to scour the racks to find things -but I love the hunt. Indecently, if you are looking for something more specific you can ask the staff (obviously on less busy days) and they will help you find stuff! I thought that was very helpful and effective! I have also sold here. I have read the reviews were people complain about the amt of $ they pay out. I have to disagree here! Take the store credit!! And remember this is a business! They pay more, and take many more items than Buffalo Exchange. If you are going to be offended by what they offer you for your used items, you should not try to sell them to any used clothing store! read more

This review is for selling only -- and the employee was sweet and pretty quick and doing her best since she was the only one working. I brought in two kitchen trash bags of trendy clothes and a few work things and two boxes of dressy shoes (mostly my college-age daughter's). She called apologetically about 30 minutes later (faster than the time promised, very nice) and said she was passing on the entire order. So out of 50-60 items, there was not one item they would take. She said some things were too worn and she wouldn't have room for the other types in the next 3 months. This store/chain should have a policy like other consignment stores to list on their website what they are and are not taking. I wasted so much time today for no reason at all, and have had that stuff cluttering up my house when I could have just donated it in the first place. Quick update after owner's reply below: Many of our items were in excellent/barely worn condition and they were definitely not all winter items. One item was a pair of wide leg crushed velvet pants that looked very close to something I just saw on a fashion blog. Unfortunately, I can't try again as I've now thrifted all the items after every single one was turned down. I appreciate the response but remain skeptical that not one item was acceptable. read more

My friends and I came here and all had amazing finds. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The variety here is very good. Great selection of dresses and tops especially. I got a super cool corset for $11. In addition to clothes, they also sell (unused) fake lashes and fake nails, temporary tattoos, and stickers! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in today (2/4/23) with a plastic bin full of things. There were 4 employees (all teenagers) and from the second we walked in, they were condescending and rude. I literally watched as one girl was sat on the counter tossing my clothes and laughing with her coworkers. They shoved everything back in without a care and threw my plastic bin on the ground. I went up to ask why they threw my bin and they said they didn't, all while laughing and rolling their eyes. We decided to not sell anything and we called them out for their nasty behavior. The girl who took the order said she wasn't doing anything wrong. It's unfortunate that these employees are driving away business with their immature and disrespectful demeanor. I'm not one to complain but they were so out of line. I have never left a store this mad. Don't think I'll come back unless they train employees to have basic respect. Unless you enjoy dealing with immaturity, don't come here. read more

MY wife passed recently, so I thought that since she had a lot of nice clothes I'd bring a few items in to see what they might be worth. I walk in the store and it's dead. No one greets me, but I finally see a young lady working in the back. I tell her that my wife passed and that I had some clothes to sell. She tells me to put them on the counter and fill out a form and she'll text me in a couple of hours (there was 1 bag of clothes on the counter already). I asked if she was going to verify what was in my bag and she said no. I said what if there's 6 items and you say there's only 5. NO answer. I asked her name (Natasha) and what day she doesn't work. I had some good pieces from calvin klein, ann taylor, toms shoes, etc. It literally took them about 10 minutes to give me their final total: either $40 cash or $80 store credit. Not bad at all. The selection of clothes they sell there are impressive as well. From rags from Target to nice Paige denim jeans, you find every single size you can imagine here. Beware before you go to sell your clothes. This store is only good to buy, not to sell your stuff. I called before I went so I don't waste my time and asked them what percent they pay out in cash she said just come in and that they have to look at the stuff and determine how much we they'll give you. This should of been a red flag. They want excellent condition and in current style while also making sure your items are freshly laundered and wrinkle free and folded in a bin so basically they want new designer clothes that are trending and want us to do all the work for them. They took 24 items from me that were all high end designer brands and they wanted to give me $24 I asked her why and she said because it's my first time there so they give less. So I recommend for your first time bring all your cheap, used, and stained clothes. And even when shopping around there clothes were no good on the racks. I don't like writing bad reviews but this was a slap in the face....I just took all my stuff back I'm better selling it on marketplace... Wasted my time. read more

I really wanted to love this store. It has cute stuff and decent quality. But the employees need to be retrained. The store opened 30 minutes late and the associate with the keys showed up giggling with a big Starbucks. No apology, no acknowledgment to the customers waiting. They sat texting and on FaceTime for the 30 minutes I was shopping. The clothes are all in rainbow order by category which looks nice but the sizes are all mixed up- it's not like there isn't work to do in there. I took my niece out to go shoe shopping. We stopped at my best friend's closet, but should have turned away immediately. Upon walking into the store, we were not greated by any staff. There were two young women setting in front of a small shoe collection gossiping. I thought they were customers. One of them kept shooting my niece dirty looks. We ignored it. They finally said that they worked there. And assisted my niece with a pair of shoes. They acted like we were a huge inconvenience to them. The shoes were locked in a glass case. After letting my niece try them on, we walked around the store to look at other items. When we needed someone to let us into the dressing room, it was very difficult to get there attention. And again with the attitude. We finally decided to check out. There were two women waiting for service at the cash register. The employees had gone back to the front of the store to sit and gossip. We stood behind the other two women who had been waiting several minutes and then we waited several more minutes before asking the employees if they would come up and ring our merchandise up. Collectively, we waited well over five minutes for these two ladies to do their job. Then, if it couldn't get any worse. When we were being rung up, the employee was talking to her friend about selling Marijuana vape products. Like we weren't even there! Talk about a store that hires the lowest caliber of employee. I plan to complain to their cooperate office as well. Go ANY WHERE but there. Unless you like getting mistreated by uneducated, stoned, disrespectful, teenagers. read more

Location: Good location within the northfield mall. Parking can be a bit of a mess during specific times in the day. Service: Staff was friendly and polite. I have not sold anything to this location. Went here today after cleaning out the closet, but left disappointed. I moved to CO from phoenix and used to sell stuff all the time for good $ at My Sister's Closet in Phoenix, so when I saw this store I was hoping it would be similar. It was not similar. They only took 7 items out of probably 40 some articles of clothing. Was it a style issue? Not sure as I looked around the store while I waited and checked the quality of the items on the floor which is something similar to Charlotte Russe, but used. For the 7 items they paid out $14.... $2 an item???? I wish I had done one of those online 'swip swap events, even $5 a piece would have been so much better. My all time favorite hobby is to go thrift shopping for unique, hip, vintge consignment and of course the low price for lotsa clothing! what person wouldn't? I was walking in the Northfield Shopping Center and low and behold found a clean, modern shop. Thinking it was a regular store with cute vintage finds, but ultimately be told they're a modern day thrift shop! HOW EXCITING!!!!!!!! I rummaged through everything, slightly used clothing at its best. Some pieces of clothing had their original tags! Saaaay Whaaaa?!?! This location offers both clothing and accessories for Men and Women from sizes XS - XXL. They have children wear at other locations (Southlands). What's really cool is that they offer to buy your clothing in exchange for cash or credit in the store. I say take the credit ;) hahaha but if you need the cash, thats good too! Remember the store is always hit and miss. You can find fabulous finds, then some days you won't. Upon my first visit, I cleaned out the store of a real coach bag, fake louis vuitton pouchette (i know i know the LV is fake but it was fun to buy hahahahahaha LOL), a Wilson leather jacket, BCBG pumps, London Fogg trench coat and some vintage maxi dresses. I did look thru the men section and found labels such as Ben Sherman, Penguin, and the mall brands like Abercrombie, Hollister, etc... The clothing ranges from $3-$12 each. The jackets range from $15-$40. And their real consignment items are from $39.99 - $299.00. The ladies are all very kind and welcoming to any questions you may have. What a GREAT concept! A thrift store that organizes their clothing and only displays nicer items! I mean - I LOVE the Goodwill, but hunting for clothing is a nightmare! This store is organized by type of clothing (business, casual, dressy), then by size (I am plus sized, so I am glad they have this) and then by color! They also have shoes and jewelry organized the same way. I was able to get 4 tops and a ring for $43! What a great store! I wasn't greeted when I came in the store, which was fine by me because I was focused on shopping, but when I checked out the clerk apologized for not helping and explained that they were understaffed, which I thought was really nice! :) I would say ... if you're out at Northfield, definitely stop by and check it out!
