She was professional, patient and everyone in the studio was warm and made the experience well worth it . Bailey's Esthetics is GREAT ... when she is there. She's the best at her job. However, my last 5 appointments, she has cancelled on me the day of my appointment. Only once did she find a replacement to come in and cover for her, but then last minute that person got called into her job to cover someone else's shift. Overall, I WAS very happy, when she wasn't "sick" or had a "family emergency." But today my appointment has been on the books for a least 2 months. My appointment was scheduled @ 515 pm, she texted at 1230 pm to cancel. Bailey apologized, but I don't know what's going on. She not waxing anymore either. So who knows what she'll do after the "lash extension" craz is over. read more

I was patient with her but then I didn't like how most of the times she doesn't even respond phone calls or texts. Her loss my gain. Recently went for a new set of eyelashes. Bailey had seen my coworker a few days prior and had a glue she was not happy with so she didn't charge my coworker at all. The morning of my appointment she text to push my appointment to a later time due to a flat tire which I understood and agreed. However I showed up at the time she said and still had to wait 20 + When she got there she had to check the mail for the glue which hadn't come so she proceeded with the substandard knowing I was going on vacation in a few days. At the end of the appointment she still charged me full price and I still tipped her. this was on a Friday by the following Wednesday morning I had to put on false eyelashes to go to work. Then she cancelled my "fill" appointment prior to my vacation. By the time she could accommodate me to rectify the situation she charged me . I didn't say anything even though I was very surprised, but when I checked my bank account I was charged double. When I text her she claimed there was "miscommunication" when I text her to cancel my next appointment she didn't even try to fix the problem even based on simple customer service. I was always someone who tipped above and beyond trying to support a young entrepreneur. I feel very ripped off and see that now that she is running her own business it is very professional. I guess it's still true you get what you pay for. read more
