It's your run of the mill threading place. She did a decent job. I have no complaints about her skills. Just...the service was weird. When it came time to pay, she said it was cash only. It was my first time here and I didn't know this. There wasn't a sign on the door, only the register. I told her that I didn't have cash and she said I could use Venmo.......I told her I didn't have Venmo. She then proceeds to say that I can use my card for a .50 cent charge. and I'm like, ummm??? lol okay? Why didn't you just say that in the first place? Tryna be all illegal and under the table. Anywho, my total for eyebrows, upper lip and lower lip was $23! She told me to check the sign to the very far left if I wanted to verify the prices. That's hella expensive! Usually, it's like 16-18??? Maybe 20??? I guess when you're the only threading place in the area, you have the monopoly and can charge what you want. She has inspired me to buy my own thread and learn to thread my damn self! I'm happy to report that I can now thread my own upper lip...still too scared to do my eyebrows, but practice makes perfect! read more

Came in and asked for a full face thread. Got a look and shrugged shoulders like she didn't want to do it. Asked her if it was a problem and she said no. Went on with the service and was displeased. Friendly convenient place with easy parking. Big issue for me was I specifically asked her to keep the eyebrows as thick as possible and to avoid an area I was trying to grow out only to see that she threaded that area. And when she asked what was wrong and I told her that was where I was growing it out, she continued to tell me she has been doing this for a long time and knows how it should be done. Bottom line for me was that she wasn't attentive to me as a customer and should've just been apologetic for her mistake instead of telling me she has experience. It doesn't do anything for customers who like things a certain way, especially when things take awhile to grow out. Not from the area but if I were, would not recommend this place.
