Since we were planning the event from out of town, having a team we could trust was incredibly important -- and Bailey and the entire staff handled everything flawlessly. Even the decorations were set up beautifully and exactly as we had hoped. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Bailey, the Event Coordinator, who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was organized, responsive, and made everything feel easy and stress-free leading up to the event and the night of the dinner. The highlight was definitely the Rafter Room -- it was even more impressive in person than in the pictures. The fourth floor looks terrible -- there are empty, broken-down rooms and the hallways feel neglected. The carpet on both the fourth floor and first floor is in very bad shape and looks like it hasn't been maintained in a long time. Inside the rooms, the flooring is actually popping up in areas, which makes the whole place feel worn out and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel just looks very old and neglected now. The elevators are another concern. They make loud noises and honestly sound like they could break at any moment. There is also an unpleasant smell in parts of the building. When you get off the elevator and walk toward the lobby, you can see construction going on, which only adds to the messy and rundown feeling of the property. This place used to be a great stay when we first came here, but now it's honestly pretty shameful to see how much it has deteriorated. The location and concept are great, but the hotel clearly needs serious maintenance and attention.

I took pillow down to the front desk and dropped off. Aamil and the lady upfront apologizing... They were not the cause of my frustration. I do appreciate them and their service this night.... especially because they were pouring my drinks when I sat at the bar!! I thought an apology would happen at some point from management...not so much.. I will clearly chalk this up as a fail for Moxy Hotels.... as this seems to be missed by several of the Marriott chain hotels...and I continue to be loyal...(head scratching I know) The 2 star rating was given because the check-in experience was having me at zero stars...but the evening and morning staff working (Aamil, Kiara) was superb!! They truly made everything so easy. The venue itself was absolutely perfect. It comfortably fit all 50 of our guests without ever feeling crowded, was spotless, and had so much beautiful natural light that made the space feel warm and inviting. There was also a convenient kitchen area for our caterers to set everything up, which made the event run so smoothly. If you're looking for a beautiful, well-maintained venue with wonderful owners who genuinely care about your event, I can't recommend Mini Social enough. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special day!

Two refrigerators, two kitchen sinks, stainless steel countertop, island on wheels, all the comforts of home. This is a wonderful space for any event. My event was for an audience of 60 who watched a presentation. The audience sat at decorated tables, and additional chairs were set up as the audience grew. The beverage bar was beautiful with coffee pods, teas, punches, and lots of fruit garnish, lemons, blackberries, and raspberries arranged in a lovely display. Luke attended to our every need throughout the day and never flinched at any request. Always responded with a smile. My group is looking forward to the next event at the Mini Social, which will be next month!!! We are excited.

The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.
