I think it's normal to ask questions as a customer and to see if it's a good fit to work w. them. Our business partner called me immediately after I spoke with Andy explaining how two faced he was and how he made racial remarks about not conducting business with us... I was completely shocked since I thought our conversation went so smooth...It was pretty obvious he didn't have the business acumen or intuition to understand that I'll most likely discuss our conversations w. Our business partner. Such low class behavior... This project was only going to take 30 mins to request a non lit sign w. Some letters. It costs less than $200 for materials for sign and he had audacity to upsell us by 600x... All in All a lot these companies try to kill every single penny out of you... don't be an asshole Andy Park

I am one of those people who could qualify as being a litmus test for a company's customer service skills as I am overly picky and ask too many questions, but Scott, to his credit, always patiently answered my questions and explained many things in detail about the process, the materials, colors, etc..., he was very easy and pleasant to talk to!! Also, I created my own logo using an online do-it-yourself logo tool but since I am not a professional I needed help changing a few things on my logo that I couldn't figure out how to change but their in-house designer Dean easily and quickly understood my requests and made the needed changes, which resulted in our sign looking EXACTLY how we hoped it would!! I called at least 10 other sign companies for quotes before finding Signsmiths and they beat everyone else's price by a country mile AND had our sign made and ready to go in a much shorter time than anyone else quoted. I started using their services about a year after they opened when my husband was in Iraq. The team was great, they always helped me find the best way to ship him packages. I then started using their business services - whether it was copying, faxing, mailing or buying supplies the staff was also helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I have been in a lot recently - printing presentations, getting last minute business cards done for a conference and now mailing packages back overseas. Once again David and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me find the best solutions to my needs. On the business card order, another local company told me they couldn't help me at all - it would be days...David's team made sure I got my cards and made my flight...when they say customer service is their passion they mean it.
