I questioned whether or not I should come back but I stayed as I needed this package to go out as soon as possible. The line ended up moving very quickly as even more customers arrived. All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well. Very happy with the staff and the wonderful service I received.

I have video evidence showing the package being scanned and physically loaded onto a UPS truck... and then it somehow vanished into thin air with no further scans or accountability. Throughout the process, I received conflicting information and spent months trying to get answers. UPS continued stating there was no evidence the package entered the network beyond drop-off, despite the fact that I literally have proof of it being loaded onto their truck. To make matters worse, because my label was purchased through Shippo, communication and responsibility kept getting redirected elsewhere even though UPS was the company that physically lost the bag. The compensation offered was minimal and did not come close to reflecting the actual value or significance of what was lost. At some point, it felt less about genuinely helping locate the package and more about quickly closing out the claim and moving on. I understand situations like mine may fall into the "1%" of lost packages, but I truly hope UPS revisits how those rare situations are handled because customers deserve better communication, transparency, accountability, and actual support when something this important disappears after entering UPS custody. I honestly still hope the package somehow miraculously turns up one day.

    Oh boy...if you're going here, its probably because you either had a problem with a delivery or you…read moredon't know about the UPS Store yet. Either way, if you find yourself here....be prepared for an uncomfortable ride. Now its not to say that the staff here is terrible...in fact they are nice and friendly. However, because of the size of the hub compared to the size of the office, you often times have several people (think 10-15) standing in line all waiting to either ship a package or receive a package. All impatient...all tired, maybe hungry. And you're just wanting to get the heck out of there and go home. Long story short...go to this place with lowered expectations. Take a good book, maybe your iPhone/iPad to play games on. Most importantly, take your patience...you know that thing you leave at home before you get on the road....dust it off...try it on and expect to be using it for the 40-50 min you'll be here. Enjoy!

    1 star only because zero isn't an option…read more FedEx Mesquite lost my time-sensitive medication. Four days straight, tracking falsely said it was out for delivery. Customer service contradicted themselves constantly -- every day a new story, none of them true. Then they told me it was "returned to sender"... except it wasn't. It vanished. Gone. My pharmacy sent a replacement overnight, and FedEx tried to return that one too without ever trying to deliver it. If a supervisor hadn't stepped in, I would have lost the second shipment as well. I had to drive to the warehouse myself to make sure I got it. If you have anything important coming through this location, good luck -- you'll need it.

    I dropped off a package Sunday afternoon and realized after they closed that I had accidentally put…read morethe wrong address on it. So my husband and I went back the next morning right before opening, hoping it was still there and not yet scanned. I spoke with Jose, who was opening the store, and asked if someone could check the back for my package. Instead of simply checking, he immediately got irritated and started arguing that there were "too many boxes" to go through. I explained that since it hadn't been scanned yet, it had to still be there and I needed to correct the address. After huffing and acting like it was a huge inconvenience, he finally went to look -- and found it almost instantly. For context: he opened the doors at 8:29 AM, and we were out by 8:36 AM. No other customers were waiting. There was no reason for the attitude. What bothered me even more was what I saw while he and another employee were searching. They weren't moving boxes carefully -- they were literally throwing them. Not sliding, not setting down... tossing them across the back room. So if you've ever wondered why your packages arrive damaged, I can tell you exactly why. I've spent a lot of money at this location over the years, but if they can't handle packages with care or speak to customers respectfully, I'll happily take my business somewhere else.

    Absolutely terrible location, I ordered a $1000+ item from a seller in the Metroplex area and these…read morebozos decided to ship it without the power supply, then didn't bother to contact the shipper to let him know that they failed to ship a critical part which put him on the line for covering a $1000 chargeback. He had to make a special trip to retrieve the power supply and then they charged him again to ship that to me, and several days later (it was supposed to be delivered yesterday) it's still not arrived. I'm not sure if it's UPS or their fault, but given their previous incompetence with packing and shipping I'm inclined to believe it's on them for shipping it late. If you need something shipped correctly and on time, I would strongly suggest using another location and shipper.
