The store was busy and it was holiday season. Our package got labeled with someone else's address and our daughter in Oregon got someone else's package - with our label! This store has been HORRIBLE AND SO UNHELPFUL in fixing the issue. We've been to the store once and called 3x. Each time we're told the manager will call us and since Dec 21, 2025 we've heard NOTHING!!! And been given the run around from employees. Also because this is a franchise, UPS as a company says it's the store's fault which makes sense since they mislabeled the package!
