The only thing I asked Sara to do were my wedding invitations and they were so gorgeous, I kept adding and adding and adding to our order. I explained to her what I wanted and she made my vision come true. I am in Chicago and she is in Central Illinois so our communication was almost always over email. Once I ordered something, she would promptly work on it and send me a mock up for my review. If there were any changes for the mock up, that was also promptly done. I had many, many questions throughout my wedding planning process and Sara was great with answers and suggestions/recommendations. She create a logo for a lot of our stationary, and added so much beauty to the plain jane program that I brought to her which made them amazing. Sara was very professional and her communication was great which eases a bride's peace of mind any day. She shipped everything to me overnight mail (again, I am 3 hours away) and I always had a confirmation number to track my items. My place cards were a last minute thing (read: ordered Monday or Tuesday before the Saturday wedding!!) and I had them in hand in plenty of time. Behind the counter is where a lot of the equipment for printing designs on clothing is located. But one of the coolest parts of the shop is a wall that features HHP's past work of posters for bands, musicians, and other events. Half Hazard has made tour posters for big names like Selena Gomez, Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Pitbull. They also made an official poster for the movie "It." They did surveys, held focus groups and came up with something that the community really responded to. The campaign was extremely versatile and looked great online, on billboards and in print. As part of the branding campaign, we had Artezen re-design all of the promotional materials for our 15+ annual events. They had really fantastic ways of integrating the bigger Downtown Bloomington brand into the events. They were given a lot of creative freedom and they never disappointed. One of their biggest tasks is creating and diligently updating a walking map for Downtown Bloomington. It is updated twice a year and it is quite a lot of work.
