Therefore services were supposedly performed be graduates/professionals. The staff was polite, though I questioned the scheduling of my mani/pedi before my other services. SInce they would need to be very dry to do the facial/hand paraffin and massage. As it turns out the girl who did the mani/pedi did such a bad job it didn't much matter. She filed back and forth like a saw and then got the dark red polish all over my fingers and despite many attempts to clean it up, I still ended up with blotches of polish around my nails.(If I can I'll add a picture). The esthetician wasn't too bad though she had turned on the steam and then tripped over the machine. She ended up not using it at all (I assume she broke it since I stated that my main purpose for the facial was moisturizing.) I also said I used ultra gentle facial products and never alpha hydroxy... so I was surprised that she put alpha hydroxy on my face. When I got to the massage it made some sense since confused me with the friend came with that day, and it turned out they had mixed our charts. The massage room was cold, the music was loud and and the treatment was fast and jerky- not the swedish relaxing massage I had asked for. Going with the Spa at CTS saved us $20 over our second choice. When you're shelling out $175 to $200 plus tips the $20 isn't worth the total lack of quality. I warn customers as well as people considering being students if this is what the graduate.

I have a lot of muscle tension in my lower back and issues with my shoulders and the massage therapists paid special attention to those areas to ensure the maximum physiological benefit. The prices were the best part. The 1 hour student massage was $25, and the one hour graduate massages were $35. There is a calming feel in the waiting room and the therapist arrives quickly to take you back to the well-appointed massage room. The heated massage tables and hot towels start working before you feel the oiled hands on the skin and muscles. I'm a huge fan of a good massage and I plan to make regular appointments here because the price is low enough that I can indulge more frequently than I probably need to. My last two massages were by Brandon who is well studied and passionate about the kinesiological attributes of massage therapy. Great service at a great price make me a repeat customer.

Bizarre experience. Had an evening appointment. Was called by the nurse and asked if I could come…read moreearly because they had a cancelation. I told him I was at Costco and was checking out. He said "forget it then". I arrived and had to buzz the door to get in. It was dark outside and felt really weird. I was led by the nurse down hallways and past doors and didn't see anyone. No front desk and no paperwork to sign. I wanted TMJ Botox. I was really nervous at this point. He was shaking so hard as he came at me with the needle. He finished my face and was struggling. He seemed agitated and in a hurry. He had told me he had somewhere to be. After he was done he asked me to pay by pay pal. He was shaking so hard I couldn't capture his QR code. I had to take the phone out of his hand to do it and I was ushered out. Once in my car I called my husband and told him what had happened in case I didn't make it home and was injected with something weird. It was absolutely not worth the experience for the price. Everything was ok, except I felt no difference at all in my jaw, maybe that was a good thing. Will never be back.

Cindy recollected an additional procedure for the area of pain. She further researched the procedure and performed it on me at the following appointment. Bingo! It worked! Cindy located the immediate area of pain. Cindy followed through with additional therapy. To 'test it out,' I went swimming. I returned, explaining just one area that was still uncomfortable. Cindy then proceeded with additional therapy. I can honestly say I feel 95 percent better from the first day I saw Cindy. She is amazing! I can't stress enough how well she communicates and how she focuses in on the immediate and surrounding pain areas. She did not give up on me; she really cares. Cindy is amazing, and I highly recommend her! She is the person to take care of you. I'm still endorsing those 5 stars! June 2016: I am presently under the care of Cindy for a shoulder injury. Cindy has performed some much-needed therapy massage to my entire shoulder area (shoulder, arm, elbow, collar bone). Through much conversation and listening, Cindy focused on the discussed pain areas. She skillfully zeroed in on every area to release the tightened and intense painful areas. Her professional medical knowledge and skills have taken me out of much pain. I can't say enough good things about Cindy. She is an outstanding therapist. My sincere thanks to her for all her successful assistance. Below is more testimony about Cindy, in regard a previous injury I'd incurred. Cindy has treated me for various medical concerns since 2013. The most intense therapy treatment was for a major muscle injury that involved my arm, neck, shoulder, breast bone, back, and spine, causing serious pain throughout my upper torso. Cindy spent countless minutes in each particular area, until the muscles were finally untangled and the pain was released. By the second treatment, I started to notice a significant improvement. Cindy is an excellent communicator/listener, and she is very skilled in determining what procedures are needed to perform the needed therapy. Her professional, pleasant personality makes one feel right at ease. She explains ahead of time what the next procedure will be, so that there aren't any surprises. I highly recommend Cindy for her expertise skills, kindness, and patience. She is the best therapist I have ever had. Wonderful in every imaginable way! And less than 2 hours from home!…read more Spent July 4th weekend at the beautiful, comfortable and relaxing Little Ferry Inn and can't recommend it highly enough. The proprietor's Angela and David are kind and make their work seem easy (I know it's not). The Inn is gorgeous and spacious. The guest rooms are well appointed and beds super comfortable. There's a bar area, pool table and darts downstairs. There's even a grand piano in the great room. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, sitting on the dock and pier, jet skiing and enjoyed spectacular fireworks over the Potomac River. There was a tasty bbq prepared for us and other guests. We spent 2 days there and felt like we had been transported to another world. We left relaxed and vowing to return asap! Thank you Angela and David!
