Pretty old school barber shop. I was in the neighborhood, spotted it, and knew I had to pop in before I left Silver City. They open at 7AM, which is convenient. Be aware, this place is popular with the locals. I showed up early Saturday and there were a few guys waiting in front of me, and folks already in the chairs. What I love is that this place is a real barber shop, and they do straight razor shaves. So I got cleaned up in the hair, and had the guy give me a shave. It was awesome, and the price was remarkably cheap: $14 bucks for a trim and the shave. Wow. Friendly staff, fun location, a real traditional barber shop. I love it. read more
