From the very beginning, his behavior demonstrated a clear and undeniable bias in favor of my ex, to the point that multiple decisions he made had to be brought before the judge and ultimately reversed because he overstepped the scope of his authority. Rather than acting as a neutral professional focused on improving communication and helping both parties work toward healthier coparenting, he consistently approached every situation with hostility, condescension, and apparent preconceived judgment toward me. His communication style was often rude, dismissive, and accusatory, regardless of the facts or context presented. What was most concerning was the complete lack of objectivity. Despite extensive written communication clearly showing that I was making repeated efforts to de-escalate conflict, cooperate, and improve the coparenting relationship, those efforts were routinely ignored or minimized. Meanwhile, my ex's communications frequently contained unnecessary nitpicking, antagonistic behavior, and attempts to manufacture conflict out of minor issues, yet those actions were never acknowledged or addressed fairly. A parent coordinator is supposed to help reduce tension and encourage productive coparenting. Instead, this process became another source of conflict because of the obvious imbalance in treatment and repeated overreach. When a neutral professional inserts personal bias into already difficult family dynamics, it can create significant emotional and financial harm for everyone involved -- especially the children. I understand that not every recommendation or decision will favor both parties equally, but neutrality, professionalism, and respect are the minimum standards expected in this role. The owner, Jim Hart, is all about marketing his business with internet blogs and mass emails. He effectively does so and exudes a sense of great knowledge and skills. But once he collects the retainer fee and the client signs on, he produces no results and drags on the process month after month. Communications to him were largely ignored but he's very quick to collect payments. Often, he charges the client all kinds of nonsense administrative fees. If these fees were ever questioned, then he'll charge additional fees for his response. The disruptive cycle drags on while very little attention is devoted to the actual case. It's this type of irresponsible and selfish practice that gives many lawyers a bad name.

Mr. Gambale took a case, threw everyone involved or so he thought was involved, up against a wall, hoping something would stick for his client. And nothing stuck! He was even reprimanded by the Judge for a tactic he executed in front of the jury. He was out of line and unprofessional. The Judge set forth a fine as well, having to pay another attorney an hour of his time for his stratagem. We were forced to hire and pay an attorney being our company is an LLC and we could not represent ourselves, not once but twice! The first time the case was withdrawn by Gambale and later refiled. Maybe because his client was in prison??? We lost time away from our daily lives and work as we had to meet with our attorney on several occasions, attend meetings with other parties named in the lawsuit and answer numerous emails and many phone calls. This is time we will never get back, for a non-productive citizen, who is a career criminal and his attorney! This was a frivolous lawsuit concerning our company. A civil lawsuit that we should have not been involved in! A civil lawsuit that Gambale LOST! It didn't take the jury long at all to deliberate. YOUR CLIENT'S ACTIONS CAUSED HIS OWN INJURIES! Sadly, we paid a settlement amount of $2000.00 just to get out of the lawsuit because it was cheaper than paying our attorney as the case went to trial. Justice? Is this truly Justice? Absolutely NOT! Shame on you Mr. Gambale! You thought you had a case. You saw $$$. You did not do your due diligence. And as I stated to you in the hallway of the courthouse, "I hope your conscience bothers you regarding this case as it concerns us and the losses we endured!" I have prayed to the good Lord above to bless us beyond what you put us through, and the monies spent! Care to reimburse us our attorney fees and settlement fee? We won't hold our breath!

I was supposed to be emailed some forms to sign, but did not receive them. I left several messages both at the firm and his cell number he provided only to be ignored. This is highly unprofessional. Apparently my situation is not worthy of their time and they didn't have courtesy to tell me.
