Knew from the minute I walked in was going to get the best care and quality. Leaving was even greater because I felt cared for, was treated like family and came home feeling good and loved what I saw in the mirror that had been taken from me due to Chemo. I can never thank Heather for her great talent and what she did to make a women at 80 feel better about herself. Even during the procedure, it was very quick, the products were not left on my face to absorb in...this was, by far, the worst microderm I've had. Other techs would leave products to absorb in as part of the facial, mine was removed as quickly as it was applied. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was going to give a second chance, but why after this....my appointment will be cancelled tomorrow when I call.

My doctor is Cara, I have sensitive skin, I have met with many other doctors before in different clinics and hospitals but I was never convinced to trust anyone with my skin and face. I would not recommend that anyone does business with Milan Laser…read more Our daughter (18 at the time) was convinced to finance over $4,000 worth of treatments with no opportunity to cancel. At no time did she ever receive services. The sales practices of Milan Laser are borderline predatory. When we attempted to cancel shortly after she signed the contract, nobody at Milan Laser answered the phone. When we had a charge from what we would later learn was the lender, nobody at Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD) would answer the phone. The website would not allow us to access our account. We had no idea what the charge was. Again, at no time (to our knowledge) during the next five months while we were being charged and disputing the transaction did anyone from Milan Laser reach out to our daughter to schedule services. When we finally put the pieces together as to what this mysterious charge was, Milan Laser refused to reconsider. They said it was too late, even though my daughter is in college now, does not need the treatments, does not want the treatments, and at no time received any services. Until such time as I receive my money back for services we do not want and never received, I will be telling everyone I come in contact with to never do business with this company!

I went to the Bethel Park location and worked with Tina, who is fabulous, until I maxed out their laser. Then I was sent to their other location in Cranberry. My tattoo was small and had some light color (pink & orange). Tina was great and went over everything with me about the procedure before she started. She offered numbing cream but it wasn't needed because my tattoo was so small and treatments took less than a minute. Did it hurt? Yes! Was it worth it? Absolutely! I'd do it again in a heartbeat. It did take several treatments over about a year and a half time span. Best advice I can give is to be patient. Laser tattoo removal takes time and the more color you have/the bigger your tattoo, the longer it may take. Colored tattoos are stubborn and take longer to fade. My finger looks great. You can't even tell I had a tattoo there anymore. I definitely recommend Body Beautiful for laser tattoo removal and would go back if I had others I wanted to remove.
