I'd read up on this laser and the reviews all said it was the worlds no1 laser hair removal treatment, and I can safely vouch that it's true. It uses the 3 best lasers at the same time in one treatment, and It's painless as it ices the skin too. I felt no discomfort whatsoever, it was actually relaxing. After my first treatment the hair fell out within a week, the man 5 weeks later I only had sparse hairs growing from my next hair cycle and had to postpone my next treatment till new hairs grew!! I've completed 3 treatments now and don't think I'll need more, there's nothing there. Many thanks to the lovely staff and their meticulous work, great job x

Attended the clinic yesterday, and paid £45 for a consultation for my adult acne…read more Although the nurse was lovely, what I got from the doctor was 15 minutes of questioning on my very personal issues of depression and anxiety, an unsympathetic and patronising talk on the sebaceous glands and bacteria (complete with diagrams!) and a demonstration of Dr. McKeown's dodgy laser machine. The blurb on acne/rosecea on their website is entirely misleading. There was literally no mention in this consultation of the products I currently use, supplements I take and treatments that I had tried before. This consultation is basically a hard sell on the very expensive products offered at the clinic, and the n-lite laser treatment (which was demonstrated with *unsterilised* goggles). I am unwilling to try the products due to not being allowed to use any other moisturisers or makeup for approx 3 months - I am a 25 year old woman with a public facing job; it would be unfeasible for me to go to work with peeling/red acneic skin. I would not recommend this place if you have experience of acne treatment, are serious about what you need and unwilling to be treated like a teenager.

The staff were great and after the seaweed bath itself my partner enjoyed a massage, during which time I relaxed in the front reception and chatted to Paul who was great to shoot the breeze with. The bath experience itself left me extremely relaxed and my skin was left very much rejuvenated. It wasn't cheap given that I combined 2 functions in one afternoon (it was her birthday), but each on their own were decently priced. Will definitely not be leaving it as long next time.

The soak group comprises of apartments, tea rooms, sea weed bath facilities and spa treatment facilities. We stayed in their 4 person apartment, with views overlooking the waves smacking against Newcastle and the coast and the Mourne mountains. The facilities are excellent, including a fully kitted out large kitchen and dining facilities, living area, with lovely bay windows and a small balcony so you can take in the whole view, and 2 bedrooms with one ensuite and a bathroom, clean, bright and comfortable, you can't fault them. The management and staff are excellent, very accommodating and friendly, and give you plenty of information on treatments and facilities. We had a sea weed bath each in our own room and a couple of their spa treatments, all were very relaxing and not very expensive. Great place and can't wait to go back when the weather improves!

Niamh the manager is a nasty bully and giving Belfast clinic a bad name.she was rude to me in the…read moreinterview and I felt like she couldn't wait to get me out the door, i ignored this as I wanted to work in therapie clinic.since the moment I started she was bullying me by making faces behind my back , turning her back to me when I was chatting to her, ignoring me when i asked for help and intimidating me by shouting in my face on the very first day about notes. She was that bad I was left crying . She would not let me practice for my case studies until weeks into the job and had me doing all computer work and notes .when I confronted her on this and her lack of management skills she then cut my hours in half and was even worse to me.She denied me of the support i needed to do my Job.Because niamh was rude to me in the interview for no reason this has lead me to think that this is a personal attack due to the fact I'm from the Republic of Ireland . The assistant manager also lied about my case study and said I lasered over freckle's on her arms when I absolutely didn't ! I clearly recall avoiding all freckles as it is a very serious matter in laser therapy. I also found it very strange that Niamh wanted me to do numerous case studies on her instead of other people even tho she was not suitable for laser treatments at the time as she only had laser a few days before and was in the sun.the laser and skincare therapists in the clinic are an amazing bunch of girls and they really helped me and made me feel comfortable and welcomed,Unfortunately I can not say the same for the management team .The large turnover of staff speaks volumes and I will be taking this further as Im not the only one that's been bullied out of belfast clinic and treated unfairly.
