Niamh the manager is a nasty bully and giving Belfast clinic a bad name.she was rude to me in the interview and I felt like she couldn't wait to get me out the door, i ignored this as I wanted to work in therapie clinic.since the moment I started she was bullying me by making faces behind my back , turning her back to me when I was chatting to her, ignoring me when i asked for help and intimidating me by shouting in my face on the very first day about notes. She was that bad I was left crying . She would not let me practice for my case studies until weeks into the job and had me doing all computer work and notes .when I confronted her on this and her lack of management skills she then cut my hours in half and was even worse to me.She denied me of the support i needed to do my Job.Because niamh was rude to me in the interview for no reason this has lead me to think that this is a personal attack due to the fact I'm from the Republic of Ireland . The assistant manager also lied about my case study and said I lasered over freckle's on her arms when I absolutely didn't ! I clearly recall avoiding all freckles as it is a very serious matter in laser therapy. I also found it very strange that Niamh wanted me to do numerous case studies on her instead of other people even tho she was not suitable for laser treatments at the time as she only had laser a few days before and was in the sun.the laser and skincare therapists in the clinic are an amazing bunch of girls and they really helped me and made me feel comfortable and welcomed,Unfortunately I can not say the same for the management team .The large turnover of staff speaks volumes and I will be taking this further as Im not the only one that's been bullied out of belfast clinic and treated unfairly. read more
