Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too. I just bought a nice medical ice pack today and it'll say a lot of effort now. Staff is great! and if you feel pain in your teeth, please make sure you seperate it with gauze pads. It is the laser reacting to metal in your mouth and the connecting point of the tooth/teeth. Mostly harmless, but can damage or shatter the bonds.

I'm not sure why this kind of talk would be allowed in a professional setting but they seemed VERY comfortable letting their feelings about Mexicans be heard. I shopped around for a total of 30 minutes and when I went to the boutique side I could hear their giggling grow louder. This is the most uncomfortable and unpleasant experience I've had at any business, my recommendation would be to stay away if you're looking for an inclusive environment.
