The newest team injector did not do assessments in-between Dysport injections which made my face droopy! (heavy side eyebrows that made me look constantly tired and sad) When I went in for my follow up, there was unfortunately nothing they could do, the damage was done. Kimberly the manager was to contact me. She did not, we finally spoke briefly twice, as I had to keep trying to reach her. She finally said she was going to talk to Corporate to get a refund. She never returned my calls and now the front desk doesn't pick up my phone call caller ID and sends me straight to voicemail. I gave them 4 weeks to make the situation right but now it's my obligation to protect anyone else from getting bad Botox/Dysport from this location.
