They sold me on the 90 minute pedicure and I was shocked when the girl stopped at 70 minutes and then she was just dillydally and trying to buy time I got up to the register with 12 minutes left to spare. I couldn't believe they sold me on a 90 minute pedicure that lasted 70 minutes and I was still charged $120. The massage and the pedicure was average. I'm really not sure what all the hype is about, but I was very disappointed. I complained to the owner and they really didn't care so add poor customer service to the list of their failings.
