I know the customer service representative saw us because we were the only two customers in the shop at the time and my husband spoke up and said, "excuse me?" several times. Still ignored - we left. I whole heartedly DO NOT recommend this gun shop. Instead, I suggest going to the gun shop in Debary. We were treated respectfully and spent over $1100 and plan to purchase more from them.
