Cool place , hung out waiting for lunch reservation down the street. Lots of games you can play, bartender lets you taste a couple of slush per person to get an idea of taste. Nice laid back place , would visit again if in Durham

My boyfriend and I wanted to have something cool and a bit boozy after a long day of playing vb. We came across this and thought to try it out. I'm not going to lie, this was pretty pricy for what you're getting (10$ for 10oz and 14$ for 14oz. They also have flights as well for 22$(?) which are 4x 4oz pours) and you can add unlimited candy (nerds, sour worms, gummy bears and Swedish fish) to it free of charge. Talk about loading your body up with pure sugar lol. But it was super cute and they have a bunch of games for you and your group and play! The arcades shown in the pictures are free and plenty of spots for you to take those insta worthy shots :) Also I did see an employee specifically there to sanitize tables, the arcade, and clean up after people have used it, so that was a nice touch. Unsure if I'll come here again willingly, but definitely a cute spot check it out for the novelty of it.

Stumbled on this gem! Had many options both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They gave recommendations since we were looking to try multiple flavors and gave us some samples to try. We trusted their pairing and they offered to take a pic on their aesthetically pleasing wall. Will come back!

The Slush.. this is an okay concept. We visited around 10PM on a Saturday night and it was busy. The only flavor left was cherry and after that they were only serving shots of liquor. My husband and I both had a cherry slushee, one was with bourbon and the other was with tequila. It also had candy in it which we could have passed on. In the end, it was not worth the price paid.

The bartender allowed us to taste different drinks before we purchases. The environment allows for a chill date allowing for conversations.

I have heard so much about this place and since my sister came in town to celebrate her birthday we decided to give it a try, and I can say it did not disappoint, it's a nice spot to enjoy an adult frozen treat, play board games, and enjoy the live dj, we had fun here, I'll be back for sure especially during the day so I can test out the flight, because deciding on which flavor to try was a challenge so I just stacked 3 and it was great. Love the concept and I'll be bringing more people on my next trip here.

Alcoholic slushies yes please! My friend and I got a customized flight that were great and just the perfect size. It was dead when we went but music was good and we played giant uno how can you knot have a good time when alcohol is involved. Will definitely be back

Tried The Slush out and I love the look on the inside. It's a membership only place so if you haven't previously been or if no one in your group has a membership, you have to purchase a membership for about $2, I believe. The day I went, their AC was out so their flavor options were very limited. I decided to try El Capo topped with candy. I really liked my drink and thought the owner did the best to accommodate the situation. I'd like to go back soon to try out more flavors. As far as the parking situation goes, there is street parking as well as a few parking garages/lots within walking distance. I hear it can get super packed during peak hours but I went on a Sunday as soon as they opened and it wasn't busy at all.

I've visited this place a couple of times since their opening. I loved it! It had a nice chill vibe, drinks were great and definitely worth the price. I plan on having a private event there soon. I highly recommend it.

Fun spot with creative, tasty drinks with candy garnish. They also have non alcoholic drinks. We brought our 19 year old and she was able to drink a non-alcoholic option (during daytime hours) while we enjoyed our adult beverages! Highly recommended!

And, it truly lived up to the hype. One of the best we've ever had! I also tried two other cocktails made with their house-distilled rum and gin, and both were delicious and perfectly balanced. The seasonal menu is creative and reasonably priced, we were genuinely impressed. The ambiance is charming and cozy despite a bit warm inside (the AC was pretty weak), but quiet and tastefully decorated with velvet couches, exposed walls, vintage touches, and fresh flowers on each table. We had fun flipping through their amazing cocktail book collection on the shelf too. The bartenders were very friendly and offered us focaccia from Ninth Street Bakery to pair with our drinks for free, which was such a thoughtful and tasty addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and are so happy to see a micro-distillery thriving in the heart of Durham. Can't wait to return for an official tour and to sample more of their spirits!

That response will get a smile every time. Super dog-friendly, to say the least, both outside and inside. Outside has several tables under a covered area, and inside has a few couches (with tiny tables) and a long bar you can sit at. We've been a few times now, and the service is super friendly and helpful, every time. It's small and intimate inside, but we never have a problem finding a seat! I love that they have snacks you can help yourself to, in airtight jars at the bar (peanut butter filled pretzels, sour worms, etc). Also important to note- the inside is NOT air conditioned. We stopped in on a HOT day, and it's brutal inside, with cloth couches and just one small fan. Love this bar, all of their cocktails (wine available too), and all of the staff! Will be back (a lot)!!

Definitely high stars for customer service. They could work anywhere I think and be noteworthy. The drinks were solidly on the "ho-hum" scale. Nothing out of the ordinary. In all fairness, I only tried one and maybe if I had a second, I would be more impressed. For the drink (espresso martini), the espresso beans floating in the glass were an unexpected fun addition, but they didn't have much flavor. Maybe after the alcohol, I should have expected that. If I sound "meh" -- yeah -- it was that. The food started out almost the same way, but as I worked my way through it, it got a bit better. The tempura squash is almost like light fried ravioli. While okay, I would have preferred more flavor from the squash rather than from the marinara sauce. It still didn't overwhelm me with flavor, but it was decent enough. Overall, I couldn't decide between 2 or 3 stars, but the employees alone were enough to put it at 3 for me.

We made a reservation for a Saturday night dinner and he made sure we were well taken care of all night. We started the night with their James Bears award winning cocktails, and every drink we ordered was a hit! Spiced strawberry mule, Sunset Sipper, and the table favorite: Earl Please. The latter two drinks were mocktails and they were still standouts! As for the food, the Alley burger was perfectly cooked: juicy patty paired with truffle cheese and simple toppings that really highlighted the burger itself. And shoestring fries are always a good choice with a delicious burger. Ricotta gnocchi was also very good. As our server Anthony said, let's get this burger nominated!

I go here to celebrate milestones with a good friend and we always have a mini feast, paired with a glass or two of wine. My favorite time to go is when the weather is comfortable and we can sit in the alley way, it's soooo chic that it feels like you're sitting outdoors at a meal in Italy of France. Service is always on point and I forget the bartenders name that is super knowledgeable and super kind. When I remember, I'll circle back to update this review. If you're thinking about this place, definitely check it out! The only inconvenience though is that I believe is 21+ over, at least at night it is.
