I was welcomed by Missy who informed me of the current sale and then told me to take my time and ask if I had any questions. I then asked some questions about the different brands and she educated me on the comparisons. I picked out what I was interested in and she quoted a tentative cost estimate and then it was on to fabric selections. The next 2-3 weeks was me going in several times a week and picking out samples to take home. Long story short I changed my mind on the fabric and the style of sofa after we had completed the paperwork for the initial order. Missy was phenomenal. She was so patient with me and her only concern was my happiness with my choices. I finally made my decision and she changed the order and now I am excited about the arrival of my custom order that should take 4-6 weeks. The rest of her staff, Chris and Brittany, were always so nice and welcoming as well. I felt like I was a part of the staff I was there so much lol. Anyway, please go see them! Because sleep and comfortably is so important, I never made the plunge on an online mattress before being able to try it. And WOW! I am so glad I didn't. Today I bought a mattress at Mattress Outlet literally faster than I've ever purchased anything else! It probably took me longer to park the car on my way in - hah! I walked in, sat on some beds, and when I was assisted by the manager, I told him I was looking for a queen mattress for a platform bed, firm, and that I am BROKE! I found a mattress I really liked (Sorrel firm), but it was a lout of my price range at close to $629. He informed me those prices are the competitors prices and that I could get this mattress with delivery within less than 48 hours for $300! Wow! Sold. Literally. I can't believe I waited so long to stop in. This is 100% the best place to purchase a mattress in town. It comes with a 10 year warranty, as well. I highly recommend. I am very excited for my mattress delivery this Wednesday. I was even told they would take it to my bedroom upstairs. Yes!!!! Best deal!

We had Nick as our salesman; they had only opened a couple hours before, and he seemed bored, but wasn't too eager like some salesmen can get if they've been bored for a while. (You know what I'm talking about, it's why you hate buying a new mattress.) I've always been told that in order to get a good bed, you have to spend at least $1000. I'm not so sure that's true anymore. Granted, we didn't buy a Serta or any fancy brand name, but our mattress says it was Made in the USA, and it has a ten year warranty, for way under $500. Nick wasn't pushy about us getting a boxspring, as we have a good set-up, and our old mattress wasn't *bad* it was just too soft. I kinda liked it but my back is already feeling better since sleeping on the new one. I definitely recommend this place. Why only four stars? Well, it's a personal preference thing. When you walk in, half if the showroom, and half is the warehouse. It can look a little unprofessional, but man, when you want a GOOD cheap mattress, not a HORRIBLE cheap mattress, you have to sacrifice a little in the marketing department. They do not sell pillows either, but they have mattress covers. He was not pushy about those, but he definitely could have gotten us to purchase one if he had tried. (We're easy...) They also have accessible entrance and bathrooms, so that's really awesome.
