They promptly greet me when I enter the store, offer their help, & then let me browse at my leisure, checking in from time to time to see if I have questions or need additional help. I think that their price point is excellent & they offer a variety of quality furniture. The hardware portion of the store is nice as well; I just have not had needs in that portion of the store.
