This company has been cold calling me ILLEGALLY for months. I am on the National DO NOT CALL list, and I asked them months ago to stop it! They continue the calls which I consider harassment and I can actually sue them in court over this for violating the law. I block their calls, and yet they continue to call me on different phone numbers. First of all, I live in California and they call me at 7 a.m.! Look at someone's area code before you keep calling them at 7 a.m.! I am 2 hours behind Texas. I rejected their call yet again today. Secondly, they mostly do NOT leave a message. I'll NEVER EVER do business with them or Keller Williams and have posted on community Facebook pages and social media about this non-stop cold calling. STOP IT! read more

Thomas Cheng followed up with us periodically before we had decided who to list our home with. He was always very nice and friendly and answered any questions we had, and because he didn't give up, we decided to list with him and his team. As it turned out our home was not what most buyers were looking for. Thomas never gave up and had many open houses over the months. He always followed up with other agents or buyers who viewed the house during these events or individual showings. He called us weekly and gave us an update as well as always being available for any questions. He posted a virtual staging video which was valuable for prospective buyers. He also gave us his advice on price reduction when necessary (including recent sales in the area). He and Christie Ortiz were always in contact with us throughout the months that it was listed. As we got to November, our chances reduced due to a lesser amount of buyers who were looking. Through his persistence, we did finally get a buyer who looked at the house a second time. He helped us negotiate the price with confidence and we came to an agreement with the buyer. We have now closed the property before the end of year. We are very happy with the service we received. If we had it to do over, we would definitely ask Thomas to represent us. He is a professional who knows the business very well, and we feel that he was very assertive in trying to obtain a buyer and advising us every step of the way.
