My review is just based on the acai bowls, I would be interested in trying their smoothies on a different visit. We had a great time finding this new to us shop. It's right by where we used to live in 2017. It's less than 5 minutes from the beach. After a night out, we were looking for the perfect fresh fruit fix. My friend and I are obsessed with acai bowls, so we turned to Yelp for a recommendation. We like acai bowls that are a bit more sorbet-like in texture. The texture here fit perfectly, however, we were left wishing there was a sweeter/stronger flavor in the acai itself. It was a bit too icy for our liking. Which might mean it's just more healthy! I'm blanking on the names, but I got an acai bowl with granola, coconut flakes, mango, banana, strawberry, and blueberry. My friend got hers with those plus nutella. I loved the coconut flakes. They were very generous with the nutella and ingredients. We were left wishing we had shared a bowl it was that big. As for the fruit, the banana was nice and fresh. I believe the other fruits were fresh too, but I think they might've been soaked in something. We found the mango to be too acidic, after a few bites it kinda hurt to eat. Not sure what happened, but I could see them being perfect in a smoothie. The acai bowls weren't for us, but it seemed like a lot of people were happy with their smoothies. I also adore the polaroids on their walls. Has a very community feel to it.
I can't remember if I got Miami Heat or Miami Breeze. It was one on the chalk board. Taste really good, it does have banana but the flavor wasn't overwhelming so he didn't go heavy on the banana flavor. Really refreshing and healthy. I got the smallest size which was enough for me, even sharing wise I would recommend this or size up to the medium. The large was huge, my other party never actually finished there. I was able to take mine all the way to the beach and a great stroll to keep you hydrated and cool down. The owner was the one who made the drink and was really friendly and helpful. Would definetly come again. Check out the wall of photos he has.
Super fast service! And the smoothies I got were delicious. Highly recommend the Coco-Drill (Guava, Blueberry, Strawberry and coconut)
Yuuuuuuum! Being vegan/plant based in Miami is hard. This is a must if you're looking for tasty healthy hearty nourishment. I ordered the veggie wrap and added cilantro & parsley to it and it was delicious. My fruit smoothie was enhanced with plant based protein and I'm ready to enjoy Miami now! Will certainly be back. The prices are fair too. They have a lot of health food options for gym buffs and the Uber health conscious.
I came a little before opening and they still took me in, so I give an A+ for service. The team was also quick and friendly. The ambiance gives jungle smoothie shop. Smells like fresh juice and healthy green things, I love it. Low key want my home to smell like this!! I ordered the tropical acai bowl and a green juice. Trying to super boost these nutrients before heading back to California!!
TLDR: would not repurchase the açaí bowl, but would probably return to try a juice. Food: I wish I knew most of the fruit in the açaí bowls were frozen, besides the banana, which certainly would've influenced my decision to visit. That and the blaring music. Personally, I would not repurchase an açaí bowl, as even the açaí base had chunks of ice in it. If you don't mind frozen fruit, the portions were generous and the toppings were otherwise yummy. Their menu for smoothies and juices was plentiful and I would be open to return & try one. Their juice bar had loads of fresh ingredients. Service & vibe: The service was kind + attentive, portions were generous and OK priced. Loved the decor. The blaring music inside was intended to be inviting & vibey but was unfortunately off-putting. Couldn't even hear my own thoughts. Would've appreciated outdoor seating here.
Made with fresh Ingredients right before your eyes. It's a small shop and the service is super friendly.
Let me start by saying, I am a very health conscious individual...but also very particular about what is considered "health food". This smoothie shop BLEW MY MIND! The peanut butter acai bowl was massive and absolutely delicious. I also got the tuna salad, and my very vegetable-averse husband ate HALF! We couldn't believe how fresh all the ingredients were, and how flavorful it all was. The service was phenomenal and prices were right. I loved the interior and the music playing fit the overall vibe so well. I love this place and will absolutely be returning!
Amazing smooth spot in Miami Beach! I always come her after my work out and have a Açaí smoothie! They have great supplements & benefits that you can add to each off you drinks. They also have great bowls and salads. I def recommend!!
This is a pretty decent smoothie shop in South Beach. It's located right next to a bunch of restaurants and it's a nice way to cool off after you leave the beach or even before too. The prices running about $10 a shake, which is typical for the South Beach area, but the size of the shake is pretty good and it's pretty much will fill you up. read more

My two friends and I were craving açai and stumbled on this place. We asked the woman at the counter about açai bowls, and she pointed us to a chalkboard menu with a few options no pricing listed anywhere. She took our order and started making them right away, without asking us to pay first, so we just waited. When the first bowl came out, we were honestly blown away by the size. I immediately thought one bowl would've been plenty for two people, and I wished I'd ordered one to share instead of one each. I didn't say anything though, figured it looked delicious so it was fine either way. Once everything was ready, we went to pay and were charged $35 USD for 2 açai bowls. Given how massive the portions were, it felt reasonable enough at the time, so we paid and sat outside to eat. The toppings were genuinely great lots of fresh, generous fruit. But the açai itself had barely any flavor, and within about 20 minutes it had completely melted into liquid. It got so watery that we didn't want to just toss it, so one of my friends went back inside to ask for an extra bowl to separate the fruit from the liquid açai. She was told they'd only give her one if she paid for something else, so instead they handed her a cup and spoon. We ended up pouring the liquid açai into the cup so we could drink it on the go instead of wasting it. Overall: great fruit, huge portions, but the açai base doesn't hold up at all once it starts to melt. I'd also really recommend adding prices and size info to the menu read more

Every time that I'm in Miami I have to hit this place up for their delicious smoothies. They have raw fruit everywhere, and a very hippie vibe in their store. I usually get the Havana smoothie or Miami smoothie! read more

The Smoothie Shop is aesthetically pleasing and screams "Do Good To The Planet". There are Polaroids in the front of customers throughout the years and the glass cases are filled with fresh fruits, veggies, supplements, and various types of waters and juices. The prices are a bit high, but considering the location, it's not out of the ordinary. 12 oz juices and smoothies start off at $7.95 and you can add various supplements such as CBD for $4 more. If you check in on Yelp, you earn a free size upgrade. I ordered a medium smoothie and was charged for a small, so that's a small victory, but the price is still flagrant. Besides smoothies and juices, they also serve salads, wraps, bowls, and quick-grab healthy snacks. read more

This place is amazing !! Gosh what a great find. I can't tell you how fresh everything is. They make incredible everything! Their wraps are made from all fresh ingredients and the staff was literally peeling carrots in front of me for my made to order wrap. The country club I'm a member of doesn't even freshly peel carrots for ANY dish. The staff is so sweet and friendly and were happy to make my custom shake. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Better than any Whole Foods. Love !!! Definitely check it out. It's what smoothie places should be. read more

This is a great place to grab something healthy, refreshing, and delicious! They have a nice set up and display of fresh healthy vegetables, protein bars, and an assortment of cold drinks. Small inside but very clean and comforting! Even if there's a long line the service is great. I always stop in for their green V3 vegetable juice. If you check in on Yelp you get a free upgrade in size which is always a nice bonus. The prices are more reasonable than Juice and Java so I prefer Smoothie Shop over it. 5 out of 5 you have to check it out! Keep up the good work guys. You have a loyal customer here. read more

After eating so much fried food, I wanted to eat some healthy food at my Miami trip. This place was aesthetically pleasing. It was filled with polaroid pictures and had so many smoothie and milkshake options (catered to all dietary needs and restrictions). When we came in, there was no one else so we were able to order our food and get it quickly. We ordered the Coco Moko, La Playa, Moojito (my favorite!), and a veggie burger. The veggie burger was INCREDIBLE -- it was so so soft, had a veggie patty, guac, lettuce, corn, and was so filling. And the best part is that all of this was made right in front of my eyes. The smoothies were a tad bit expensive, but it was extremely filling and wrth the price. read more
