No freaking way! You lost my business! Sweet Factory, you need to work on your employees' customer service. The lady was very rude and I didn't take the time to take her name because I was so disgusted with how she looked at me and dismissed me right away. She definitely could've handled that much more professionally and with a little more compassion for the customer.
