When I got it home I unloaded and put it in the garage two days later I opened the box because I was busy and working when I opened it I noticed there was damaged under the refrigerator now remember this was new completely wrapped fully styrofoam all the way around with no damage whatsoever on the packaging I called the store let them know what was going on that I had damage they told me to call Samsung I called Samsung and they said it was the stores responsibility I then went back to the store with the refrigerator and talked to two different managers and they both refused to even walk outside to my truck and look at the refrigerator they said it's not their responsibility so I called Samsung again and they said it's on the store and to have the store take care of it and they would make it right went back to the store and for the third time and they still refused to look at the refrigerator so I filed the claim with my credit card company went through the whole process submitted all my documentation submitted pictures credit card company said well it looks good on my part and then Lowe's lied and said they gave me a return policy slip when I bought it. So I have a refrigerator that I cannot use I paid a lot of money for in Lowe's customer service does not exist I'm giving them the lowest review possible. I have given Lowe's numerous chances to make this right and all I get is a cold shoulder and nobody even wants to look at my damage refrigerator
