Alexis had availability within a couple of hours. This is a small very private suite inside salon suites. Alexis took time and care to insure my eyebrows were precise and cleaned up. She also tried sugaring for my upper lip. This was an excellent experience and I will coMe back again! Way better than a fast, busy shop where they take two minutes to run you through their process. I hate to leave negative reviews, but if I drive almost 30 minutes to get there, where walk-ins are welcome and no appointment needed, then I should be able to trust that I can have a service done (a 5 minute eyebrow wax) during their hours of operation. I can understand if it was right before closing time but this was not the case. I think it's fair to expect that if I show up during their posted hours that I can get service. I am not one to complain about the waiting, as that is expected in a place where walk-ins are welcome; however if you say you are open then there is no reason I should be turned away. I refuse to go to a place where I can't trust that I can even be seen until I get there. I can just as easily go to my nail salon to get what I needed, and from now on that is exactly what I will do. At least then I know I won't be going somewhere for nothing.

I visited the Murfreesboro, TN location because I was in town visiting a friend. I received an…read moreeyebrow wax and underarm wax. I paid the balance when leaving the salon. What I did not authorize European Wax Center to do was sign me up for a Wax Pass. When I caught onto the unauthorized charges,I called and spoke to the manager in hopes they could reverse the payments and cancel the subscription. She told me my options were to: 1)cancel the subscription for a $25 fee and utilize the $ they've already taken from me in only that salon location OR 2) keep the subscription to use in any salon location. Again, I am not living in Murfreesboro, TN, so option 1 was not even an option. I told her I had no intentions on keeping the subscription either, as I did not want it in the first place. $200 for 12 eye brow waxes is not worth it to me, as I only receive that service once every 3 months or so. She showed no remorse and had the attitude of "Oh well, that's all I can do for you." Thus, forcing me to continue paying for a subscription service I did not approve of. I feel as though the business conducted is deceitful and the manager was not willing to hold any of her employees accountable for their wrongdoings. I've contacted BBB in hopes I can get my money back. BEWARE of this place, as I've noticed a previous review where this has happened to someone else as well. If they make it right, I'll update this review. Until then, I'll never go to another EWC again.

After a bad experience with another business, I was scared to try anyone else out. Stacy was so helpful and understanding about all my fears about the extensions (glue allergies etc.). She even let my friend and me do a mini-trial before we purchased the deal. I have a very crazy schedule, but Stacy is always willing to work with me. She has even stayed late at work to accommodate. To top things off-- she has the best prices in town! If anyone is in need of eyelash extensions- I recommend her 110%! She also offers waxing services, which I haven't tried out yet... but I certainly will!
