It was to be a complex project, requiring a plumber to remove the boiler and a carpenter to replace the damaged subfloor and wall behind the boiler. Michael coordinated the proposals for mold remediation and carpentry and scheduled plumbers to come by to give me bids. He is very reliable, thorough and great at communicating so I always knew he was working on getting me a solid and fair proposal. Equally important in clinching my awarding him the contract was that he guarantees his estimates, unlike Belmont's competitor which couldn't promise that a change order might increase the total costs.
