I've been in hearing aids since I was 2 years old. No audiologist had ever taken the time to get to know me, understand me, or explain to me about my hearing loss. I just knew it was bad. I walked into this clinic apprehensive, and was immediately welcomed by all the staff including Bentley, the office pup. Dr Emily took the time to explain everything under the sun about hearing loss and I learned so much in just my initial visit. Right away I was on the path to my new aids. Mind you, I wore analog aids for the first 31 years of my life. This was a switch to digital and boy was it a love/hate relationship for a brief minute. I love them now and it only took 2-3 months to really get used to them. Again it was the patience and time that Dr Emily put into my case that helped me get past the cruddy beginnings.
