me and my husband went in looking for a new tv and a few other items were asked for help from the…read moreguy that was working behind the desk but the guy was know help as after i told him yes and what we were looking for he said ok when walked away from us where i heard him having a chat with people in the back office instead of helping us. I went up to the front desk where I asked Andrew for some help as the guy walked away from us, Andrew was very helpfully and explain they didn't have what i was looking for but i could order one online. we did a bit more shopping and when i went back other guy again and called out to guy again for help i guess I wasn't important as he was yell to a person in the back room about some video game he was playing. At that point we had it we just left the store and will not be going back as i can see have a chat about a video game is more important then helping a customer and making a sale
