The Worst & Lousiest Cell phone repair shop. Not recommending at all…read more I was there at their shop to fix my phone because it was bugging out ! The guy who was there named "roberto" told me that they gonna update a software "without erasing anything from" After a 3hours I showed to get my phone, and I was shocked because Everything was deleted from it : my family pictures and videos, my work documents, my contacts...literally everything. Then roberto, called someone else to tell me a pile of meaningless excuses of what he did.. He said that roberto doesn't know nothing about phones repairing, he's there just to talk to people, and he didn't told him nothing about saving my data before starting his shitty job, even it was montioned on their repair details sheet. Just stay away from those unprofessional guys, if there's less than 1 star, I'd give it to them.

I believe this was because they have limited towers, but don't communicate that when they're signing someone up for their programs. I chose a new carrier once I moved and arrived to a new province, and Freedom is taking FOREVER to unlock my phone, which would give me access to my new service provider, and my phone. I have no access to calls or my phone while they send my request to their IT department, which they said was not connected to them, and is why it is taking so long. Initially, they said it would take up to 24 hours, which is ridiculous, but after dealing with a couple supervisors, they now say it could take up to 48 hours. Either way, the service is unacceptable, and their connections aren't meant for people with a telephone they'd like to use. I would not recommend this company, unfortunately.
