He told me that he was staying until 7 PM. I told him that I suspected I should be able to pick it up approximately 5:30 PM. I was running behind and I called from my office landline to tell him. My ETA was probably going to be about 6:10 PM. He said OK. When I arrived, the building was locked down. They usually lock the entire building at 6 PM, I read on the door. However, he would be able to be reached by calling his number. Extremely worried and confused, I began banging on the door. A nice lady who was letting out somebody else, was kind enough to use her phone to call the repair man's number. Apparently, he was outside the building sitting in his vehicle. When that was discovered, he immediately came inside the building again and proceeded to surrender my phone to me and accept payment. I made sure I told him how unprofessional he was, to cause me such anxiety. He should have been watching for me outside the building if he was unable to wait inside the building. But, for him to have told me he was going to be there until 7 PM was an out right lie. He actually believed that I owned a second cellular phone from which I called him, when I announced I was running late, and expected me to call him at his number once I arrived at the building. Sorry pal, you might carry more than one cell phone, but the rest of us sure don't. What a jerk. The camera is fixed, and it was very reasonable, just under $50. This would've been a five star review had it not been for the fiasco that took place when I picked up my phone.

A complete and utter rip off ! If you want to throw away your money than go here. i was having a…read morefan issue and brought it here because i drive by this place every day so thought hey i may as well because its convenient. So when i take in down stairs to him he asks me whats wrong with it and i tell him that its my fan and i was the guy on the phone, as I'm telling him this he plugs my computer into his network and monitor. Keep in mind my computer worked perfectly without any fault whatsoever before bringing it to him. As he turns his screen on it went blue and froze then wanted to dump all the files. he tried it again and it did the same thing then he was like i guess it needs a new hard drive which will cost you 250.00 plus my time and the fan which is 35.00 as i have a part from a old computer for you. I took it home and tried it there and the computer was fine except for the squeaky fan, i took it back to him in which case he did the same thing and it portrayed the same stuff again, i asked him why it was not doing that at my place and he said he wasn't sure.
