I bought a lot of products from them including a new ASUS computer and before I went to England a Canon Recorder then a Canon Printer. On Feb. 4, 2019 late in the afternoon I asked a young white sales clerk for help on how to enlarge items on my printer. I am also partly blind and needed help. He was so rude towards me that he said he did not want to bother to tell or show me how to enlarge things on the printer. He said look it up on your computer. Then he went to another customer and said you need help. This is very poor customer service and they have lost me as a customer. Heard back from the owner, but looked like it was from a computer with same message that has been sent to all customers. I also contacted Customer service and they sent a computer response that was on what I sent to them. It's a shame that they just don't care about customers. Won't be back and for them to hire sales clerks who are rude towards customers is not good business. read more
