I was at my wit's end trying to get a breast reduction surgery while at a BMI of 39. I had been trying to lose that last stubborn 20 pounds for years but just couldn't get the weight off. I was rejected for Semaglutide by my insurance company because I am not diabetic, so I decided to buy it out of pocket. Kimberly has been with me every step of the way, checking in with me as I titrated on the medication and making sure I came in for the B-vitamin infusions that came with my Semaglutide package. I am now 30 pounds down with a BMI of 31.5 and eagerly awaiting my breast reduction consultation! At one of my appointments, I mentioned that I had been thinking about getting a Botox lip flip and that I suffer from tension headaches. Ali mentioned that Botox can help with tension headaches, which was all I needed to hear - I was back in a week later to plump my pout and immobilize my 11's. I have had wonderful results, both aesthetically and tension headache-wise, and I have zero regrets. During the Botox conversation, I also mentioned that I really disliked the dark wells under my eyes and the asymmetry of my facial features. These can't really be addressed with Botox, but could be with filler. I decided to go ahead with the filler, and I am thrilled that I did. I look natural - no filler mustache or overblown Kardashian cheekbones - just younger, brighter and less tired. Roxanne is incredibly unpleasant, unprofessional. After following all the proper aftercare of lip filler, I had concerns about migration so I called and the receptionist answers. After Roxanne overheard the word migration, the phone was quickly in Roxanne's hands, who without seeing what my lips looked like, stated that there was no way there was migration, her product doesn't migrate (filler that doesn't have the potential to migrate doesn't exist), and that it was going to be 100$ to consult with me. Instead, I book an appointment for more filler (bc hey, it's free ;)) & then said I wanted to dissolve. For an hour Roxanne talked at me, and ended on the note that she won't dissolve without a written doctors note that I'm working on my health condition that she blamed for the migration occurring (even though she still wouldn't admit it might be migration- i've had SEVERAL injectors confirm that it is 100% migration). This health condition she knew of before filling my lips (but didn't need a doctors note before she was going to make 700 dollars off of filling them, convenient). I've had filler migrate before and every place will dissolve for free, they often are the ones that will point out the bit of migration. Roxanne just has too big of an ego to admit that whether her technique or the inevitablility of my lips being prone to migration occurred. A big unwavering ego is not a characteristic you want in someone who is altering your physical appearance. I'm not a Karen, i'm a 24 yr old of the generation of people pleasing. So unless you are very well educated in this stuff, know how to advocate for yourself, & want to potentially argue for your right to dislike something, I'd go somewhere else. I posted this originally on Facebook & I had MANY people respond to me with similar stories of her botching their lip filler and blaming it on the patient.

this "medical center" is not very reliable, professional, or clean. They will say they will do…read moreanything to help you with your problems but then they give up in the end. I had the laser liposuction last year and it was a horrible botched job. I could tell the very next day something was not right. My skin was extremely dimpled and did not fix any of the problem areas, it actually made them worse and puffy in spots that shouldn't have been. She tried fixing it with skin tightening treatments which I found out from true plastic surgeons will not fix anything. On top of that she was going to charge me for the treatments! But then had a "change of heart" and didn't charge me. After the one year mark of my legs still looking like someone just sucked out fat from certain areas and left the rest I asked if there was anything else she could do and she told me no. I asked for my money back and she laughed in my face and told me I would then have to pay for the skin tightening treatments she "gave" to me. I had multiple members of her staff tell me that my legs were not suppose to look like that and I needed to make sure she fixed it right. Needless to say I ended up having to get regular liposuction and fat grafting to fix the problem. The day after true liposuction I can already tell a difference. Please please do not trust her. I feel like she is very scatter brained and has not been technically trained well in a lot of the treatments she provides

My lips turned out lumpy and uneven from my injections. I asked during my appointment if the large…read morenoticeable lump would go down and was told it would. 2 weeks later (after letting the swelling go down and it still being very noticeable), I called to see if I could have them corrected only to be told that I could and it wouldn't cost me extra, then calling back 20 minutes later to confirm the appointment and being told it would cost me $385 to have them fixed. When I said I didn't think that was fair because I wouldn't be getting more added if it wasn't for the fact that they're terribly uneven, I was then told I had to come in almost 2 weeks later (so I have to continue to walk around like this) and they could "only tell me at the appointment if it would cost me the $385". Not happy about this. Update: After posting this review, I got a call almost immediately offering to "fix it". I went back for another appointment and had an injection to dissolve the lump and was given another syringe "for free" to even them out/make up for the syringe I paid for being dissolved. I did not have the entire syringe injected at the appointment and was told it was being kept for me to have injected at a later date. I waited another month and the lump was still there so I called and made another appointment to have the rest of the lump dissolved and the rest of the remaining syringe injected, and also mentioned purchasing another syringe as well. When I got in the chair for this appointment, I was told by the nurse she "did not want to inject me with filler any more because I did not update my review to say the problem was fixed" to which I replied it was not fixed. She then proceeded to argue with me saying that they were nice enough to give me another syringe "for free" (even though they also dissolved a good portion of the syringe I paid for and then refused to inject the rest of the one they "gave me"). She ended up only dissolving more of the lump and I left. I will not be back here and will be glad to pay another medical spa for fillers who will do it correctly from the beginning and will not blame their customers for their errors or badmouth you when you come back for correction. I will also be telling all of my friends & family of my experience and will be following up with the Better Business Bureau. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!

First of all it is decorated so cute and so relaxing. I got there early and I got to lay on my table and relax before my massage. I had a deep tissue massage and I love the heated eye mask for a relaxation at the beginning. This place is top-notch and every time I'm up north I will be stopping here!
