She checked once after 20 mins and decided to leave the heat on the top of my head longer. A few minutes later the paste got so hot it turned to an oil and ran out of the foil onto my scalp. Luckily another lady was sweeping and grabbed a towel to cover my face to protect it. She then ran back to get my stylist for help. My stylist casually returned and had me move to sink to start rinsing my head. Im sure she realized the severity of the burns due to the fact she started rinsing with warm water then switched to very cold water. I understand things happen and she would not of intentionally burned my scalp. However she never once apologized and charged me full price. I was left with deep scabs and blisters on approximately a 1/4 of my scalp. Very poor customer service.

I found some of the staff to be friendly, other's to be absolutely rude, and don't hesitate to lie to you. He writes a column and has written a book on medical procedures to fool people into thinking he knows and cares about what he's talking about. But it's all about puffing his chest out to look like a big shot. He won't hesitate to tell you and brag about his column. Roxanne is incredibly unpleasant, unprofessional. After following all the proper aftercare of lip filler, I had concerns about migration so I called and the receptionist answers. After Roxanne overheard the word migration, the phone was quickly in Roxanne's hands, who without seeing what my lips looked like, stated that there was no way there was migration, her product doesn't migrate (filler that doesn't have the potential to migrate doesn't exist), and that it was going to be 100$ to consult with me. Instead, I book an appointment for more filler (bc hey, it's free ;)) & then said I wanted to dissolve. For an hour Roxanne talked at me, and ended on the note that she won't dissolve without a written doctors note that I'm working on my health condition that she blamed for the migration occurring (even though she still wouldn't admit it might be migration- i've had SEVERAL injectors confirm that it is 100% migration). This health condition she knew of before filling my lips (but didn't need a doctors note before she was going to make 700 dollars off of filling them, convenient). I've had filler migrate before and every place will dissolve for free, they often are the ones that will point out the bit of migration. Roxanne just has too big of an ego to admit that whether her technique or the inevitablility of my lips being prone to migration occurred. A big unwavering ego is not a characteristic you want in someone who is altering your physical appearance. I'm not a Karen, i'm a 24 yr old of the generation of people pleasing. So unless you are very well educated in this stuff, know how to advocate for yourself, & want to potentially argue for your right to dislike something, I'd go somewhere else. I posted this originally on Facebook & I had MANY people respond to me with similar stories of her botching their lip filler and blaming it on the patient.

Emily makes you feel right at home. I can always count on her to make my hair perfection every time. I get color faithfully and have yet to be disappointed. I have been having Emily do my eyelash extensions for a long time. I wouldn't be caught without them now. The back room we where her lash room is, is so comfortable and clean. She has a pillow to put behind my legs and a throw blanket when I feel chilly. It is so relaxing i could sleep through my appointment. Just what you need after a busy day at work.
