They don't want your business. Called 10x times the last 3 weeks (they were closed the last 2 for maintenance). They changed their voicemail to reflect that AFTER I'd left 2 voicemails (effectively ignoring me). I DM'd them on Instagram multiple times, had our hotel concierge contact their manager, emailed them (the email bounced back), tried to book online to no avail. Finally, I called them on the day they reopened while I sat in their parking lot - NO ANSWER. I walked inside to see the receptionist parked in front of the computer. They told me they only had one opening available (we were trying to book 4 massages). That's fine - but they were so flippant and repeatedly said "that's soooo weird!" when I told them how difficult it was for me to speak to someone. Zero apologies or interest in rectifying the situation. Don't waste your time trying to book here. read more

Horrible nail techs and front desk experience!! I booked appointments 2 weeks in advance. We had to make some adjustments but I notified them in advance as required and even confirmed the day before. This was supposed to be a treat for my mothers 60th birthday & sisters college graduation. However, when I sent my mother & sister there this morning for their appointments I get a call from my sister that they can't accommodate one of my moms scheduled services BECAUSE OF HOW THEY MISTAKENLY UPDATED IT. How is that they can't accommodate a mistake made on their end? Then act unprofessional towards my sister as if she made the mistake of booking everything at the same time? Keep in mind, the booking was fine before the last lady I spoke to yesterday screwed it up. I'm pissed because this was a gift to my mother and sister. Instead of them walking in & receiving 100% professional service they get unaccommodating staff, are told they have to split their bookings with an hour break, end up having to change the service to accommodate the Spa's booking mistake & HORRIBLE NAILS!! I'm only giving 2 stars because my mom said she absolutely loved the deep tissue massage service & the customer service that one gentleman offered by checking in on her throughout all of her services (total of 3 services). I was very glad to know this place was open during COVID. I got the spa pedicure on our vacation to bear lake. I liked that they were open later in the season (not just june-august like the other businesses). My pedicure was great Casey was my pedicurist. She was very attentive and when I was done my feet were SO soft and my polish looked great. Definitely recommend stopping by here and they have many other services that seem nice. good place for the wives to go while the husbands have a beer next door! read more

Terrific to find such a wealth of services at Bear Lake. It was easy to book online the day prior to the appointment. Everyone was warm and welcoming from front desk to the salon staff. Four pedicure chairs are available, so this could be a really fun group outing. The salon itself is in a group of three businesses adjacent to a candy/souvenir store and then a clothing/souvenir store. Cody's Gastro Garage is close by. I really appreciated Brandee's expertise. Pass, one of the most expensive worst manicures that I've ever had. I went to get a gel removal and a mini manicure and the technician let the nail soak all of 10 seconds before she started grinding the gel off with a coarse foot nail file. She used the same coarse file to shape the nails. Her French tips looked so bad that I made her take it off and put on a solid color. My nails are now beat up and corse on the ends. Save your money or ask for a certified nail technician and not just one the of estheticians that did my nails. 1 hour later and the polish is gloppy and coming up. I went back and the regular nail technician fixed them the best that she could. They look much better now, but the damage was already done from the first girl. read more

I was visiting the area, and was happy to get an appointment for a mani and pedi. Unfortunately for me because I wanted a gel manicure I was told I had to wait till 5:00 for the experienced tech. She did a good job and was very precessional but waiting till 5:00 was inconvenient. The tech who did the pedicure was very nice also, I believe she needs a little more experience. I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to get me in in about 2 hours. I thought that was great as I didn't have to wait long at all. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and very friendly. It was a relaxing atmosphere even when shoppers were coming in to look at their fun inventory of clothing, candles, jewelry, body care items, etc. Brianne gave me a Mini Manicure and a Signature Pedicure. She did a great job and I am very pleased with my nails. I enjoyed my time there and will be going back soon. read more

The service was great! The employees were fantastic and welcoming. I received three services, a pedicure, an eyebrow wax and a bikini wax. Unfortunately as nice as everyone was, the quality of the services was lacking. When I was shown my eyebrows, there were still hairs and when I asked to have them removed, she said, 'oh my tweezers are in the other room, do you want me to get them?' Yes. Yes I do. Then when I got home, I had to shave the area where my bikini wax was. I'm just disappointed. I won't be coming back. read more

What a wonderful experience. We decided at the last minute to get a couple pedicures while the guys were out golfing. Never imagined we would get the kind of service we did in this small community. The only negative was that we wished we would have found out about this little gem on the first day of our Bear Lake stay instead of the last day. We would have gone back for lots more. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. A perfect treat in the middle of a lake vacation! read more
