They DID get me in on short notice, but, come on....a 10-15 minute wax at best? so, no bonus points for that. You can walk in anywhere and get that done in 15-20 minutes. However, I was laid back in the shampoo bowl....normal. but, it was DARK - no lighting in that area whatsoever. I thought well, certainly, she will put a light on to make sure she's got it? Nope. just green wax with no strips and pulled on with fingers. OUCH!?? I wanted to get rid of baby fine blonde hair on my neck that sometimes gets too long and glistens in the sun.....and god knows, there was plenty of sun down there in texas! I asked her if she could see everything okay?? cause I certainly didn't want to be glistening some fine little blond hairs at the wedding! She assured me she got it all. I paid her $20 plus $2 tip - went out to the car and pulled down the visor. HAIR everywhere - AND wax. No way was I going back in to the stupid little idiot. why did I think she'd fix it when there clearly was NO LIGHT to see what she was doing? I went back to my hotel - pulled out my magnifying mirror at the hotel window and plucked away. What a huge waste of money and time. I do not recommend this place!

Decent English, excellent personality and outstanding massage skills. She is the only massage therapist that has removed my low back pain for more than a day or two.
