Very dissatisfied. Got a pedicure which I loved so much. My dip nails however were horrible. The guy doing them was huffing and puffing the whole time, I arrived at 5 two hours before closing and left at 7:45pm. He seemed upset when I asked for tip on my nails that's when he started being rough and rushing and complaining. My nails feel so thick and wide and uneven. At this point I didn't want him to start over before it was getting super late and I needed to also pick up my kids. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and said ok but it looks so different apart from the mail quality I paid $110 dollars for my toes and nails and I just want to try I've given this place 3 chances since it's less than a mile from my house but I definitely won't be back. I've never hated my nails so much! read more

I've been coming to this family for years Im super picky and my nails don't last if i go anywhere else! Don and Lilly are my nail go to's if one of them aren't available i either wait or set an appointment! I'm super hard on my hands and nails and they know how how ocd i am and ill pick them off if they arent right! They stay and look amazing! *As for ingrown toe nails -Ginger is the absolute BEST hands down with Lin being next in line for getting them out! * For Waxing - Lilly does my waxing with Lin being the next best. If you haven't had the above techs do your service you're missing out! If you had a bad experience give the ones listed above a shot and request them I'm sure it'll change your mind! read more

Lin is the best nail technician. Excellent pedicures. Friendly, expert staff. They take their time and the place is always clean.

Had an appointment but when I arrived my nail tech was only halfway through someone else. I'd imagine I would have ended up waiting had I stayed. But I left because two huge old unhealthy looking people (300 and 400 lb) waltzed in without masks and stood right next to me trapping me by the nail colors causing me to go behind the workers station to escape. No employees asked them to wear masks. There was a large sign on their entrance door that said "FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN" Effective July 3rd, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has issued a statewide executive order that states: Every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household; Effective: until amended, superseded, or rescinded. I really like my nail tech so this experience was a bummer. May or may NOT be back. read more

*if you have ingrown toenails, AVOID this place!* Anytime I come to get a pedicure, I make sure to ask for the best tech with ingrown toenails. This evening the lady that helped me, who barely spoke any English- not only doesn't know how to properly care for ingrown toe nails she made them much worse. I am leaving in more pain than I came with. I am very upset. I can not be the only person struggling with this issue yet can never find someone whom is good and can provide me with some relief. I am very unsatisfied and will continue my search around the around for a good pedicurist whom can help me. I asked the other lady working the finger nail area if she was better with ingrown toenails, since she spoke a little better English and she said "oh no yes I know how but she can help you" then went and sat on her phone. my service was rushed, and the end result was horrible I believe my tech knew she didn't do her best work my nails are so bad I have to go get them soaked off. My pedicure was basic and I was over charged very disappointed I will not be returning and I will not be sending anyone here. very overpriced and horrible work. Avoid. My nail beds where made to look short and the color stained my skin. Tech was more worried about rushing to finish than what I wanted or how I felt. read more

I will not be going back here. After asking how long the wait would be they told me 10 minutes and no one got to me for 45 minutes. It was only once I got up to leave that they finally got to me. The pedicure was ok but on the menu it said it came with hot stone and apparently it did not. I can get over all that but the manicure was the worst I have ever had. The guy cut me 6 times, twice on one finger. I asked him to not be so rough and he said, "oh you just have sensitive fingers". He then tore one of my cuticles taking off nail polish and it hurt so bad that I pulled my hand away and when it started bleeding a lot he tried to tell me I had a hang nail there. No I did not. I wanted to cry and it still hurts. My nails look terrible and it does not even look like I got a manicure. I will never be back here again. read more

This place is the best salon around town! Lily and Don are the owners and they take very good care of their customers. I have gone to them for over 10 years, and I just love their new location. today was the worst experience ive had at lovely nails. the man doing my pedicure handed me cotton with nail polish remover and told me to remove my nail polish..... he then switched out the nail polish i picked out without me noticing and put on a different color (the colors were similar but definitely not the same). so i didnt notice until after they were done. he then painted my nails and didnt even clean the polish around my nails, on my skin. i will never go back to this place, the guy was incredibly rude and unprofessional. read more

Was not at all impressed with this salon. Very unprofessional. Went in with my grandmother and she sat there by herself for over half an hour and not one person went over to work on her nails. Even though employees were walking around. They would work on a client then halfway through get up and start on someone new and make them wait 10-15 minutes. Will not be back and do not recommend. read more
