It showed all the areas on her body that she knew she had problems. Pain and poor circulation. After having treatment with the microcurrent for my shoulder the pain is gone and now I a greater range of movement. I'm giving the low rating for one reason, the sweet nurse running the location today allowed two…read morepeople back for IV infusion who were not wearing masks. She did not ask them to wear masks. I did not want to have to have a confrontation with strangers about masks but because the nurse did not, I did. I first asked very nicely, "hey would you guys mind please wearing masks?" And of course the answer was no. And as I insisted it was state law etc, the nurse said nothing. Then, the man was loud and yelling at me. I asked her if they were allowed in there without masks and she then finally said no they were required to Wear masks. And then they did. I imagine there are lots of people who go there who have health conditions and the last thing they need is to have to have a confrontation with strangers when they are just trying to get well or stay well. Of all places that should be concerned about protecting the health of their customers, I would think this would be one of them. I understand that the nurse also probably did not want to deal with a confrontation but when I made my very simple first request, she should have immediately jumped in to ask for their compliance.
