I have to be honest and say that I understand that we are all human and we all make mistakes. My nails were supposed to be oval and they are crooked with jagged edges on them. How in the hell do you get jagged edges on a round fingernail. On one of my pinkies she cut me and as you can see from the pictures she basically glued my nail to my finger.

I then told her that was good that I would be there in 30 minutes. She said that is Perfect!! Then she said she would go ahead and write my name down which was awesome! ....So I show up at 12 and waited until 12:30 ended up leaving because I have to go to work this evening and mani/pedi generally take an hour or so. I felt bad I had to leave :( Down side was the quote time was incredibly off. The up side is everyone who was leaving had beautiful nails, plus when I called she added me to the list which she didn't have to do. A regular mani/pedi cost $30 btw, not to shabby but I will probably just stick with Lucky Nail Spa.

A Huge Waste of time. Not customer friendly…read more Here's the deal. I came early at 8am and waited in the parking lot (in the shade) until they opened at 9:30am. I didn't see the Open neon sign ever get turned on. At 9:33 I see an older lady walk in. My thought 'When did they open?' I walked in only to find myself to be the third customer and they were setting up their pedicure bowls. How in tha? I took a seat because the lady said '5 min, 5 minutes'. And I saw more staff walk in from the back. Ok now there's three staff & now I get seated at a nail booth & was told a few minutes. Well at least give me a color book to choose. Not many colors to choose from but I did see a Red Cateye that I liked. I choose that one. Then a skinny Asian man with some slight grey hair on the sides comes in from the back and sits in front of me. It's now 10am ish. He is quiet, and starts to work on my nails. So much for washing his hands before hand. He's drilling off the previous color and then he says something in his language to guy next to us giving a pedicure & he stops drilling, rolls his eyes and looks up at the ceiling. Then I see the pedicure guy's eyes look at my nails. Oh I know what you said, "You're already tired from drilling off the color". Then I laughed and asked, 'Oh are you already tired?' And continued drilling. He did the fill and put on the color. I asked him for another coat because I wanted the red darker. I brought my own magnet because it's stronger because all his waving back & forth with his magnet would have taken forever. This is what got me boiling: I had asked for two coats but he stopped midway through on both hands and one had and 3 double coats while the other had only two fingers with double coats. This Dude is L-A-Z-Y. Lasaaaayyyyyy-zzzzeeeeeee. Next was the pedicure. I was so tired & they give me the oldest & slowest pedicurist. We so sorry, tank you for waiting. What got me was that I fell asleep & she chose the red backing color for me without asking. It was the wrong red. I hate an orange red, my glitter top should have went with a blue base red. Awww Fooey. I didn't leave until 1pm. Disappointed & dissatisfied $150 dollars later. I thought coming to Lemoore would have saved time. I should have went to Fresno. I knew it. I would have been home by 1pm. Save your time & money. Go somewhere else. When she says 10minutes. That's a lie, just walk out and go somewhere else. So I went home and went to asleep. Tell me how in the hell did I wake up to two broken nails. I just got them done. This guy didn't even fill them.
