I had to bring my 1-year-old daughter because my babysitter had to cancel and I needed this haircut. Brooke is also a mom and was super understanding and patient! Not only did I get an amazing haircut, but she was pleasant and didn't make me feel bad for bringing my baby. When I had to take a second to nurse, she just continued working on the other side. Is it weird to say I'm in love with the salon and all who work here ? Yea? Ok well whatev because this place is amazing. Shelby totally fixed my hair after I decided it was a good idea to be a cheap ass bitch and cut it myself (never again and both Shelby and Micheal made sure I learned that lesson before I left). I've never been here before and from my first phone call to my appointment it was nothing but wonderful. I was SO nervous about getting my hair cut since literally every single time I've done it in the past they totally messed it up. And because I'm a dog groomer we were able to vibe real good on the minor styling details to my future beard look (trying to let it grow) she and her coworker were very helpful in recommending products for me to use on my beard (some things I've never heard of) like a cordless electric heated beard brush! . This hair place is classy, warm, and inviting. Very relaxed vibe with no fuss and when you make an appointment for 4:30pm and you come in a little early. She was already waiting and ready to go! My fiancé has been going to her for about a year and shelby has canceled numerous times. This weekend is her birthday and she was looking forward to get her hair done and this girl canceled on her THE DAY OF! This is not the first nor the second or maybe even the third. At one point she made a mistake and thought her appointment was at 900 when it was at 10 and had the audacity to say "we'll long as you make it by 930. Can you please prompt her in scheduling, and also being professional and sticking to her appointments! This place is AMAZING! Michael has been doing my hair for about 20 years and I when I moved 6 1/2 hours away I cried. I have yet to find someone who can do my the way that he did it. So I didn't have in cut in three years not even a trim and I came into town after Christmas and he did his magic. I had gone to another salon 2 weeks earlier and when i came out my hair was 2 different colors and not what i had wanted at all. i was so bummed! i heard about this salon from a few fellow navy wives who had a good experience here and figured ill give it a try! The ONLY place in Lemoore/Hanford to get your hair done. Yes, even better than Regis in the mall, and the quality and prices are SO much better, too! I have had my hair cut by several of the ladies in the shop and never had an issue. I even had one of Ms. Michael's more inexperienced stylists do it. She said she was interning for the best in the area and I was so appreciative that she asked Ms. Michael to check her work. He gave a little instruction on how to cut a pixie around the ears and the job was top notch!
