Both Jennifer and Candace are highly trained at massage techniques, and they are super nice. When I started six weeks ago I was feeling stressed, with pain, dizziness, and extreme fatigue. Unfortunately, I have compression of my cervical spine (C5 and C6) vertebrae in my neck. However, they relieved this issue. Today, I can focus and concentrate better with oxygen reaching my brain, hips, and shoulders. Their foot massages are also great. My body feels like it's more relaxed, and my neck doesn't hurt anymore. I also noticed that I can sing higher notes vocally then I could beforehand. But this place is a great locations, I feel safe next to a police station, lots of parking, easy to make an appointment, and Irene has magical hands. I have suffered from migraines and tension headaches for years and when one comes on it takes me out of commission. This time I decide to try a massage and Jennifer at The Spa Room got me in the same day for a 90 min massage. The last massage therapist I tried (before Jennifer) for this issue didn't work for me, she didn't get me. I'm not one to go in and tell the therapist what type of massage I want. Swedish, deep tissue, whatever. I'm all about I have a headache, my head is going to explode and I may vomit on your carpet, fix me up. Don't care how you do it, just fix it. You're the therapist I'm the patient do your thing. Jennifer got me! The second she touched my back she could tell what type of work I did, how I was positioned most of the day, what my dominant hand was. Just from touching me! BAMB! Jennifer got me! She knows what she is doing! The massage was just what I needed. I have been looking for a long time for a new therapist to go to and I've found my match. I've already made my next appointment, which is something I usually only do with my hairdresser. Where do I even start ?! This was the best experience. JENN was beyond great. I had suffered from a stiff neck and migraine for 3 days. I contacted her and she got back to me on a Saturday morning, asking me to come in a few hours later. I am forever grateful and will be visiting her again in two weeks.
