I hate to say this because I love this place. Tony is a fantastic guy! Usually, I see Lucy, and she always does an amazing job! She makes me feel better every time I get a massage. My husband sees Keri, and he also gets excellent service from him. Tonight, I was with Yeye, who only used a blanket during the massage. I think she didn't speak much English, so she and another staff member used a phone to translate my requests. I told them I didn't want any head or hair massage--just a whole-body massage, especially focusing on my right arm and feet. I'm not sure if the translation was perfect, but what I received was quite different. She applied lotion and massaged my right arm, which was very sore, but she didn't massage the rest of my body like I had hoped. I waited for her to massage the other side, my back, thighs, and legs, but she didn't do these. She touched my feet with lotion, but it wasn't a massage. My husband had Deyni, who might be new. I could hear my husband politely asking for more pressure, but it seemed he faced the same issue. Eventually, he chose to stop asking and decided to end his session. Both of us felt more like we were sitting in a massage chair rather than enjoying a real massage. We spent $170, but it didn't feel worth it. We truly wish there could be a way to get a refund because we're quite disappointed. Because all the receptionist said was I'm sorry & did not offer us anything. I don't want to give a bad rating as I've been 3x and my experience was always great but my last experience was a 1 star if that unfortunately, it was one of the worst massage experiences I've had. The massage technique felt very choppy and lacked any real flow or consistency throughout the session. Instead of feeling relaxed and relieved afterward, I actually left feeling tense and uncomfortable. The room was freezing I had to ask 3 times for a blanket. Then I received the worst head massage ever it felt like someone was aggressively scraping my scalp. At one point I just moved my head so she would stop I understand that every therapist has a different style, but this experience did not meet the level of quality or relaxation I was expecting. I'm disappointed, especially considering I booked the service to help relieve stress and tension. I wish the 60 minutes would start once they begin the massage, not when they take you back to the room bc I still gotta change, get under the sheet, then lay there a few minutes until they come in, so it's not a full 60 min. massage. I have only been here a couple times and both times when I've walked in, I've been told the total like I am expected to pay up front for the service. It just kinda feels off like I'm not trusted? Both of our massage therapists were incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional. We also had to reschedule our appointment twice due to work conflicts, and Sonny was so accommodating, patient, and welcoming. The facility is clean, calming, and beautifully maintained, which added to the relaxation from the moment we walked in. We left feeling refreshed from head to toe. Nice, clean, friendly place. Pricing is affordable. Will come back to try the other services. However...a few things for improvement: 1) room temp could be bumped up a few degrees. The goosebumps come out when you're laying there half naked after they slather the oil on and don't cover up immediately 2) I had the couples room all to myself and there wasn't a little table or chair to put my things 3) front desk gal could be a little more talkative. I asked about the other services and she gave one/two word answers with a smile. Cici was amazing!!! 10/10. I got the deep tissue massage for 60 mins. I work a lot and it puts a strain in my back so I really needed a good spot. She got my knots out and it felt like a weight lifted off... OKAYY MISS CICI!! Loved the Special Scalp Care massage! The facilities are new, clean, and serene. They had us wait in the foot massage room and I was already starting to relax. We were then called into private rooms for the massage. The scalp massage included a 15-20 min upper body massage then the head massage and wash. Then they blow dry and brush your hair. The amount of pressure and the whole process were perfect, I have no notes! The goal was to feel relaxed and it was well accomplished. I'd definitely return and recommend this spa. I have visited this spa twice over the last year and I can say I have received great service both times. This most recent time there were several things that stood out to me in a very positive way. First, I was greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk who I believe I spoke to on the phone and very kindly allowed me to come right in for a pamper day. I really appreciate that she asked me if I had a preference of a male or female massage therapist. I had no preference and had a very kind gentleman who did my foot, body, and scalp service. I was there for 3 hours and paid $185, which is extremely reasonable give then absolutely amazing service. I went in with a headache I had for several days and tension in my head, neck, and upper back. I started with soaking my feet for the foot massage in a nice dimly lit room with relaxing sounds and music. While soaking my feet, the gentleman (I forgot his name unfortunately) started massaging my scalp. I can't make this up, but maybe 2-3 minutes into it I felt my headache literally disappear. A headache I had for days and taken OTC and prescription medication for without relief, disappeared! After the foot massage I went to another room for my full body and scalp treatments. Everything was amazing!! Also, every single room was immaculately clean, including the restrooms. And lastly, you will get every minute you pay for unlike other places who skimp on minutes. They were spot on with time, services, and cleanliness. This will be my new go-to spot for spa days. read more

For the first 15 min they massage your back- then the rest of the time your scalp. They used top of the line shampoo and the massage was just amazing! Then they even blow dried my hair! It was my first visit and Tony was gracious enough to book me for the 90 minute combo foot and body massage for $85. I was a walk-in I had no expectation, except I hope this is worth it! I enter this establishment and was welcomed at the front door with quietness and a serene ambience in the lobby. I had the pleasure to have a female masseuse by the name of Sofia and she was excellent with the right amount of pressure for both body and foot. The foot massage area was also serene, with blackout drapes and huge comfortable upgraded massage chairs. The prices here were affordable and very reasonable in my opinion (but this is also coming from a person that frequent Burk Williams establishments and The Claremont Club Hotel in Berkeley). I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Scalp Treatment at GD Body Spa, and it was absolutely amazing. This is a newer business in Tracy and the reviews were promising, so my sister and I decided to try them out. We called the day before and spoke with Tony who was very courteous and accommodating and he booked us for an appointment at the same time for the next day. Upon entering, the facility is brad new and very clean and welcoming as mentioned by other Yelp reviews. My therapist, Luna, provided an exceptional service that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. The session began with a face-down back massage, bare from the waist up, lasting about 15 minutes. Luna expertly worked out the knots in my shoulders. After the back massage, I lay face up on the hair-treatment side of the massage table. Luna started with a soothing eucalyptus oil scalp massage that was incredibly relaxing. This was followed by two thorough hair washings. The second wash was particularly invigorating as Luna really got in there with the massaging and scalp stimulator. After the washes, she applied a hair mask to the ends of my hair and turned on a steamer. While my hair steamed, she gave my arms and hands a wonderful massage treatment. Once the steaming was complete, she turned on the halo rinse and thoroughly rinsed my hair. To finish, Luna dressed me in a soft robe and guided me to a small vanity within the treatment room. There, she applied a light hair oil and blow-dried my hair to my liking. The entire process was seamless and incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be returning. Luna was amazing, and her skillful massage techniques truly helped alleviate the tension in my shoulders. I would have to say that the only unpleasant part of my whole treatment is that the facility backs up to Naglee Road, so there are lots of traffic sounds. There's not much the business can do about that except maybe turn up the volume on the very pleasant music playing in the spa. My sisters experience that same day was very close to mine. She loved her massage therapist as well and had a great treatment. If you're looking for a comprehensive and luxurious scalp treatment, I highly recommend visiting GD Body Spa. Had been living in Tracy for 5 years and went to this massage place for the first time. Good experience and easy to make an appointment. You get greeted by the front desk when you first walk in. We didn't wait too long for our turn. The place was clean and smells good too. Keep it up with the cleanliness, it makes you want to come back at the dame location. We had the full body massage, foot massage and cupping. The service was great. They provide a complimentary water bottle, some places have a hot tea after the massage, but free water is good too. Amazing experience for a walk-in emergency massage! I was able to get my own private room, most likely due to going on a Wednesday when business is slower. My line of work requires heavy lifting so I develop knots in my shoulder area pretty often, especially on the right. So I communicated from the start that I had issues in my right shoulder area.
