What I love most is how Gabriel brings together mind, body, and spirit during the 50-minute workout. It's more than just fitness -- it's empowering. He somehow pushes you past your limits while making you tap into this inner warrior spirit you didn't even know you had. The lot has stone pebbles, however there's no parking instruction so, cars are just randomly using up way more space than they need to. Otherwise you have to park on a very crowded street and walk. I was there for a 10 AM class, I walked out at 10:10! The class prior to the 10 AM was still there talking and getting shoes,water, and cleaning up their mats while these students from the next class, we're trying to get in. No teacher was there when I walked out 10 minutes after it was to begin. Also, a dog ran around the studio while some students pet it. Gross! I couldn't take anymore! I left without even doing a workout. I would never go back!!!!!

Two contract workers let me into the studio, but the instructor, Keana, refused to let me participate. What made the situation worse was the inconsistency--she initially told me I could join, then immediately changed her mind and said I couldn't. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no effort to accommodate--even after I explained how far I had traveled. The most frustrating part? There were only two people in the class. It wasn't crowded, I wasn't disruptive, and there was absolutely room for me to join. It felt unreasonable to enforce a strict late policy in that context, especially when I had already paid for the class. I understand having policies, but there should be room for basic judgment and customer consideration--especially in situations like this. Turning away a paying customer when the class is nearly empty just doesn't make sense. Thankfully, ClassPass refunded me, but the experience left a bad impression. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this studio based on how this was handled.

Finding parking has never been an issue for me but I can see it getting packed during peak times. If you're new, try to go 5-10 minutes earlier to ask questions about the mega reformer as the classes fly by. It can be intimidating but just focus on form and don't forget to take grippy socks as they charge $20 for them.

I figured the Full Body class would mostly be dancing of some sort. This class was a combination of mat work and dance cardio (with lots of jumping, so high impact). It's one of those classes that you have to come often to figure out the routine. I was the only new comer in the class and it was pretty obvious, which was okay. I didn't find it awkward. Instructor and receptionist: I didn't catch the receptionists name when I entered, but he was really friendly and made me feel welcomed, which I appreciated a lot. I had Lauren as an instructor, she was very personable and friendly. She has a great attitude, did all the moves and was able to help correct my form. The only comment I would like to add was that the music was too loud at times to hear what she was saying (or maybe that's how the class is designed...?) The studio: It's a cute, clean studio with showers in the top level. I really appreciate them having showers, because it seems like it's very difficult to find a boutique studio that offers showers, even though you pay about $30 per class. I thought the shower situation was a little awkward. There are two showers in the same small room with a washer and dryer. After class, two of us showered, but I waited until the other person showered (I didn't feel comfortable showering next to someone else with no shower curtain, only clear doors). Parking: we all know that parking in WeHo is impossible and expensive, but they recommend a lot about a block away with parking being free the first hour. I ended up paying $3 though because it took me about an hour and twenty minutes. Overall, if you like high impact work like jumping and dancing I think you would enjoy this place.

And she refused to do when I was there. Instead she asked my to email them. But the email system was down! I called the studio again and was told the system was down and the person who picked up my phone doesn't know how to " freeze my account " and asked my to call back the other day! I even communicated this on IG account! Even though, they know exactly what they did to do to help me. But instead they asked my to call back! This is insane!!!! After reopening, the service is soooo bad! Ladies there are other 3 barre studios also close to this Cardio Barre location. Worth to check them out!!
