Yet clearly states veteran and since they opened they always accepted it including the manger. She said policies changed and I asked what is the policy and she said I can't tell you that. She is the only reason I probably won't go back. Please train your employees better and to know the policy and be able to state it to the employee. Also I did not get a receipt for the. "24 hour return".

After a few weeks, I decided to upgraded my tank. I came in, they got me hooked up, and I was on my way. It wasnt 25 minutes before I had to come back in because the tank I purchased just was not going together properly. The guys took a while fighting with the tank, and were finally able to get it together the right way. Grateful, I thanked them and headed out. The tank worked fine for a bit, then started flooding and leaking all the time. I fought it for 2 days, and then went back into the shop at the first chance I got. When I showed the manager what was wrong, and they took another look at it. When they found out that it was just a badly machined part (an occasional byproduct of mass-production), she immediately exchanged my tank for a brand new one. The got it all set up and made sure the new tank worked properly, and I have not had a problem ever since. To make a long story short, these guys care about what they are doing, and they strive to make sure the customer is taken care of as well as making sure the customer enjoys the best vaping experience possible. Up in Vapor prepares their own E-juices, and they have a large assortment of flavors to choose from. They also carry other brands of E-juice. My favorites are Elvis Pie (Up In vapor) and Colonel's Custard (BRV).

She gets mad and throws the papers and incorrect change in my hand and the papers fall in the floor and I asked what the problem is for the attitude and she says that it's because of the job...?? I don't know what could be so stressful or why she would be so tired of a job that requires you to almost do nothing other than take care of customers. I don't think vapecity should have someone who can't count money as their cashier and especially someone who can't take care of customers at the front of their store. Very unprofessional but like she said no one calls her back for others jobs and I told her that maybe it's because of that attitude.
