This place is amazing. the staff and owner are very knowledgeable and friendly. They answer any and all questions...But don't get it twisted. They aren't all stuck up trying to up sell you and shit. they will make sure you get the best you can get on your budget and on top of that, they are hilarious. They laugh, joke and are very upbeat. If you are trying to quit smoking, or just get into vaping...this is the place to go. I was damned near a two pack a day smoker and I quit to start this. I have tried many other types of vaporizers and none of them worked...this one does. Their setups and liquids make cigarettes a thing of the past. After smoking this, cigarettes taste absolutely disgusting. You can literally taste all the chemicals in the cigarette...at least I could and I have been smoking for 16 years. they will help you figure out your nicotine levels, and even have a no nicotine option. They can make damned near any flavor you can think of, and just because it isn't in their store or on their website, you can ask them to make one custom for you. Their prices are awesome compared to other shops and it is definitely worth it. Some stores charge out the ass for shit merchandise. This store gives you quality goods for a great price. On top of that, they give a military discount to those who serve and their families which is awesome because not many places offer that anymore. I was very impressed with this place and I am not easily impressed. Generally I am harsh on public places, but this place is great. I would say the only issue I have is that their store is a bit small but they are fixing that by opening a second location! Already on top of things! I am highly recommending this place over any and all other vape shops, brands and everything which I have been to and tried. What is the price of not smelling like an ashtray, getting your sense of smell back, tasting food again in all its glory and not waking up with that dreaded smokers cough? For me, it's priceless. I had smoked for 30+ years I was up to almost 2 packs a day. In the past the longest I have ever quit was for 2 months. It was hard and I struggled through the 2 months and thought I'll just smoke one. Well need I say more? I talked to several people that I would see walking around with these electric things around their neck. One friend told me about it and said it was the best thing she's ever done. When I went in the Rojas location it was packed so I started asking customers that were in there how they liked it, each customer had their own story but all said they would not go back to smoking. I stood in line with a lady that I had never met we stood there checking out different flavors and had a great time with the staff. This is already a HUGE MONEY SAVER. Had a great experience with Up in Vapor at their shop in El Paso Yesterday. I noticed that about half the people I work with are using these vapor sticks. They said it has helped them to completely stop smoking cigarettes. So after I researched vapor smoking a little, I thought it would be worth a try. I went to Up In Vapor LLC. in El Paso, TX to see what it was all about, and I must say, I was very impressed with everything from the product to customer service. They guys that work there are more than willing to explain everything and answer any questions, and believe me I had a lot of questions. Great attitude and they are passionate about their product. Customer Services Sucks!!!! These guys every single time I go to this store I find them laying on the couch, and the guy at the counter seems like in a rush to kick me out of there so he can go back to his seat. It is not a coincidence that he always tells me that they are out of this and they are out of that... Just because of one particular flavor they have is the reason II keep going. But I have been buying hardware, coils and all that stuff from another place [competition where they take the time to explain things], even people and friends that have ask me where to go, this is the place that I do not recommend. This is a neat little store with a fantastic selection of flavors and vaping systems. Very patient and mix all they're own flavors as well as custom flavors or mixes of you're choice. Bought a basic system to quit smoking cigarettes and I really like the store. Going to return and build a variety of flavors. I'm a moderate smoker and my brother has been raving about this shop. Going in, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I found is that it's a small but growing business staffed by dedicated people who truly believe in their product. I'm impressed enough to give Vapor a try, and so far, I love it! I heard about this place from a friend in July and I finally decided to check it out so I can quit smoking. I went to the shop on dyer and was greeted by a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff that were extremely helpful and knew what they were talking about. They had tons of amazing flavors and really nice kits that honestly aren't too pricey, (I expected them to cost quite abit more) and they had a lot of cute little things that you can use to customize your vape pen. I've tied the shops at the malls for e cigs and all of them didn't do anything for me. I still wanted a cigarette even while I was using the ecig. I went to up in vaporon mMonday to get a starter kit. My parents had got one Friday and told me to try it well I liked the flavor and the fact that I didn't feel like I needed a cig after using it was a plus . I've had my own for 3 days now and haven't felt the need for a cigarette as long as I have it with me... I forgot about it half day Monday. I just recently moved to El Paso, fort bliss to be exact from Orange County California and was looking around for a vape store when I came stumbling to this one. Very glad I stumbled across this place. I drove from the west side to check it out and will most certainly be making the trek again and again. The shop itself is laid out in a very comfortable way, making the most of their space. They have an excellent system for sampling flavors, and I was blown over by their great selection. Every flavor I sampled was out-of-this world, but I got completely HOOKED on the Chocolate Hazelnut. So sweet and smooth and just awesome. Best place for vapors in all of El Paso. Mr. Tyler was not only knowledgeable in the science of vaping, he was also extremely courteous and professional. It is a small hidden gem in an office park off of Rojas and south of Goodyear. I am from riverside California. I'm very hard to impress when it comes to vape shops. This place really impressed me with their knowledge and variety of products and juice. AWESOME! I've been here like 3 or 4 times and refuse to go anywhere else the staff is always off the chain translation they are never party poopers and you never know what you will hear. It could be offensive to the sensitive but thats one of the reasons I will always come back because they never change! After looking at their website for two weeks, I was finally in town and when to see these guys. They let me try the flavors that they had available to sample, and recommended flavors I might enjoy.
